The Force is Strong With This One
This is most essential knowledge, how to figure out what it really means to go in the direction of STO? So much seems to be STS in disguise.
Also when you say "not choosing" it seems to me there's no way around defaulting back to a life centered around survival, self-preservation: the anteroom of death.
When the STO path is so clouded I find myself stuck in there quite frequently, not able to discern through the fog what could be the way forward. In doubt I plant seeds and grow the garden, but feels like I'm missing something, am I?

I'll put the definition of telepathy given by the scientist Walter Russell, in his book " The Message of the Divine Iliad - Vol.1", page 96 in a series of Q/A :
For the little part of history, Russell, in 1929, had an “illumination” for 39 straight days and nights – “he had an absolute command and mandate to write” – her wrote forty thousand words – The Message of the Divine Iliad. He said of the words, they came from the source and where not his words. Hudak says of his writing, it looked like a chicken claw dipped in ink (scrawled) - Russell says he had a difficult time with his mind/command over his body during this writing because he was so separated; although he got better over time, says Hudak. Describing how he would interpret his world when self-locked-away in these “illuminated” stages, he would see a fuller spectrum of the colour wave, and if people approached his space, they would be interpreted as almost holographic (sounds matrix-like) – they could be seen because there was no, or less density (seems this referees to the barrier of physical matter). Ted says to Hudak, that it was like he was channeling all the time with continuous downloading.
I think I get what you're saying, but this sounds like wishful thinking that comes from a desire to avoid the coming cataclysms. It's sort of like a student saying to the fellow classmates, "There's a huge, difficult test coming, but we can just avoid it with the energy of intent!" And then the energy goes into that, instead of studying. For those who think the world is there to be ignored or shut out, they will become a dream in the past.
It seems more important to observe reality left and right, and even though we can't know for sure what will happen, to accept what appears to be heading our way. The test is coming, and I think a large part of preparing for the test for me has been finding acceptance that it can't be avoided.
Granted, the future timeline of integrity and harmony that you mention is nice to think about, and the C's have mentioned time and time again that help is on the way, that change will come after times of intense difficulty. But I think we're going to have to go through the fire first before we get there.

I am not an expert in cosmic laws, and yet they must be respected in the end like the laws of physics, so in this case it is necessary to take into account the "free will".
And in our density, it is first of all a question of lesson, of learning one's lessons, of applying them, and if something is to be brought closer to telepathy, it is still to keep one's word, and to do what one has said, or even better, not to say anything at all, and just to do it

If the 4th density STS wants to control humanity in 4D it probably benefits them to groom humanity before entry. It is difficult to imagine all of the ramifications of that, but I think it is part of the equation on their part.
Because they know “free will is fundamental law of creation” ?

I've come across two oxygen sources, one for inhaling, Boost Oxygen, and one to be added to water, Aerobic Oxygen Drops. The first I'm experimenting with now, a few breaths a day, and other one I used first about 15 years ago.
This is the first one, our local health food store had canisters starting a few months ago. Molly at the store said COPD patients found it especially helpful andthat it was kept in pilots' cabins on aircraft in case of depressurization. It was $28 Canadian for '200 inhalations' of this oxygen.

The other oxygen one I used, Aerobic Oxygen Drops, came to my attention via our wholistic vet prescribing for our dear old dog with cancer. The vet said Epic, our dog, should get a number of drops in water daily plus the Schuessler cell salts in the 12 salts formula. Well, I started using both and didn't think about it till about three weeks later when I suddenly noticed almost all the substantial, and I mean substantial, cellulite type bumps on my thighs were almost all gone.
The Aeriobic Oxygen bottle says for mouth wash. There has been some controversy on earlier recommendations as a supplement of oxygen from officialdom, causing the company to have to now market it as a mouth wash.

So other than the experience with the Aerobic Oxygen Drops (about $19 for a 60 ml bottle), I can't add anything to substantiate the Boost Oxygen use yet.
Given that these products might be affordable as an alternative to HBOT, and they might not... I'm posting them here. For sure the Aerobic Oxygen the vets recommended did something with clearing out refuse from my system. Back then it was sold as it "strengthens immune systems, destroys bacteria and viruses as well as provides numerous other life-giving benefits". I had never noticed anything I did had made any difference to all the cellulite which I'd had for a few decades and in only 3 weeks either one or both together, oxygen and tissue salts, removed nearly all of the lumpy surface. It was a significant realisation and unforgettable. Not a scientific test by any means - I'd used the tissue salts before though not the 12 all together. The homeopath I have seen over the years was very, very surprised that the combined 12 tissue salts with such a small dose would have such an effect, and over 3 weeks, too, I recall.
Note the old style use advice is "As a dietary supplement, recommendation is 3 times per day mix 20 drops of Aerobic Oxygen in 8 oz. of fluid and drink." I don't use that much now that I've started using it again. Cued by the intuition that I needed Ivermectin as a parasite clearing aid a few days ago, I checked the Anerobic Oxygen bottle on my shelf. I dowse both as I'd learned to do and it and got confirmation on the Ivermectin without food and then, the oxygen.

Hyperbaric chambers are very expensive, but the oxygen concentrators are not. Perhaps even just an oxygen concentrator could be helpful. My aunt told me about an older man who had covid and was put in hospital. After the treatment, he said he never felt better. At the time, I thought that perhaps coronavirus upregulated some of his genes, and that is why he felt better, but now I think that perhaps oxygen therapy did something good for him.
Thank you to all involved for a smorgasbord of a session. So much to digest and needless to say that a number of things were fascinating.
It gives an added new meaning to when the C's in an earlier session said that the people in the ancient world were much connected than we think. Being spatially closer like on the same landmass would have made communication easier though they might also have had telepathic or other means of communicating.
I for one hope that I will also be present during what is gonna happen even if it unlikely to be particularly pleasant, but having come this far and with this purpose of a united group to watch and bear objective witness to the Grand Finale, it would be nice to see it through.

Some have hypothesized that the earth is depleted and that a re-mineralization is in place, such as via volcanic events. The idea is that minerals dispersed via volcanic (or meteorite) dust works as a fertilizer for plants. If that is correct, then one could well imagine that if the earth is saturated with mineral dust from volcanic eruptions and/or meteorite bombardement that the flora after the initial shock would burst forth with vigorous activity and thus as a side effect release massive amounts of oxygen.
Within Laura's lifetime is a very open thing in a way, as Laura is knocking back years of her biological clock via the HBOT. Methuselah might well 'soon' have to leave the top spot for oldest person ever lived, having lived only a piddly 969 years (according to 17 US intel agencies and other anonymous official sources...perhaps).
