A: Dionysius syndrome activated! Earth reacting! All on track!
From Wiki:
In Greek mythology, maenads (/ˈmiːnædz/; Ancient Greek: μαινάδες [maiˈnades]) were the female followers of Dionysus and the most significant members of the Thiasus, the god's retinue. Their name literally translates as "raving ones". Maenads were known as Bassarids, Bacchae /ˈbækiː/ or Bacchantes /ˈbækənts, bəˈkænts, -ˈkɑːnts/ in Roman mythology after the penchant of the equivalent Roman god, Bacchus, to wear a bassaris or fox-skin.
Bacchanalia
Cultist rites associated with worship of the Greek god of wine, Dionysus (or Bacchus in Roman mythology), were allegedly characterized by maniacal dancing to the sound of loud music and crashing cymbals, in which the revelers, called Bacchantes, whirled, screamed, became drunk and incited one another to greater and greater ecstasy. The goal was to achieve a state of enthusiasm in which the celebrants’ souls were temporarily freed from their earthly bodies and were able to commune with Bacchus/Dionysus and gain a glimpse of and a preparation for what they would someday experience in eternity. The rite climaxed in a performance of frenzied feats of strength and madness, such as uprooting trees, tearing a bull (the symbol of Dionysus) apart with their bare hands, an act called sparagmos, and eating its flesh raw, an act called omophagia. This latter rite was a sacrament akin to communion in which the participants assumed the strength and character of the god by symbolically eating the raw flesh and drinking the blood of his symbolic incarnation. Having symbolically eaten his body and drunk his blood, the celebrants became possessed by Dionysus.

After Doctors Released This Patient In Venezuela, He Went On To Kill And Eat At Least 10 People
The serial killer gave chilling interviews after his capture, detailing how he chose his victims and what body parts he would eat.
According to Telegraph, the families of two men imprisoned in the facility as Vargas claim that their loved ones were dismembered and eaten by Vargas during a riot. The stories were confirmed by officers that worked in the prison through anonymous sources. Allegedly, a gang killed members of a rival gang and asked Vargas to dismember their victims, as reported by Reuters. After the dismembering, Vargas ate some of the victims while the rest of the men killed were cooked and served to the rest of the inmates. Officials were looking into those claims but Venezuela was heading towards its current economic and political crisis. Nothing has since been reported about the investigation.
