One question that I still have in my mind is why did Leaving Neverland come out so long after Michael’s death? He's not dangerous to anyone anymore, why smear him like that? Is it only about money for them? And even if it is, why go THIS public with the accusations and graphic details when doing it more quietly in court would have led to a similar result? Is there something out there, like footage or interviews, that could still cause issues for the PTB and someone decided that post-mortem character assassination was in order? Or maybe I’m overthinking it, maybe the documentary was just a means of building a stronger case for the lawsuit and gathering public sympathy, and a money-making opportunity for the producers.
My guess is because MJ is still much loved and his songs are still heard all around the world, sending (at least the songs of his end of career) good vibes to humanity. They needed to "kick him" (his good reputation) one more time in order to weaken the good messages he continues to spread post-mortem. (it's fun, i wrote my answer quickly without having read all your post yet, then after having written my answer, i read your whole answer and noticed that you also used the word "post-mortem" ^^)

With regards to milk protein. We know casein is not good, but how about whey? Majority of quality protein powders is whey. The micro-filtered/ultra-filtered comes without lactose, but is it good? The only other type protein powder for those of us who workout regularly is egg (decent enough, but may induce allergic reactions) and then there is only plant based proteins, which downright suc

The answer from the C's surprised me because I was not thinking at all that information is involved in this "activator X" phenomenon. Or that the grass of certain nature (cereal grass) was important. Yes, Weston Price did talk that the best results he got were from animals which grazed on cereal grasses, but he thought that this is because they have a lot of minerals and vitamins in them. But the C's imply that there is something more in them.

I also couldn't understand why they started talking about pork and proteins when I asked about this factor found in milk, but then I discovered that the grass that was giving the best results had the highest amount of protein. So it seems that proteins in food are very important for our receivership capacity.

Another thing that became popular lately are collagen peptides. They are made by braking the collagen proteins into smaller parts. But the majority of them on the market are from bovine source. But people still report benefits. I wrote on the forum that my father felt better when he consumed them for his sciatica problem, but I couldn't understand why would they be good for sciatica. Perhaps it was also connected with the improvement in receivership capacity. And perhaps people would get even more benefits if they consumed them from a porcine source.

Because problems with sciatica are related with joints and the spine. Joints and spine uses collagen to be able to move. If you asks doctors, human body cant produce new collagen aside that it already have. But, it obviously can. Or at least it can send amino acid molecules (collagen, and other forms of proteins) that we eat in the exact spot in the body where there are needed.

Its bad to use the same fat for frying too many times because the heated fat attracts and accumulate toxins from the food you fry. Oils do that even more, but oils are danger to the human organism by themselves even more than the toxins from the food.

Eggs from the farms are unfertilised, so I think they are not that dangerous. Free range chicken eggs are in more danger to be fertilised.

I never thought much of a beef. Too mild for me. Fortunately, in my so called "culture" its almost non existent. We are very pig affiliated :)

And I never could eat goat or sheep meat, it has that strange odour. At least for me.

I would say that the protein in whey is casein. Because that is milk's protein. Another strange thing is how they can made so much (in quantity) whey protein when there is very small percentage of protein in whey. Whey is allegedly healthy, but because it contains minerals and thrace elements, not because of protein.
 
In the process of making cheese, we end up with a curdled product called cheese, which is mainly casein, and a green-yellowish liquid byproduct called whey.

This whey liquid is used to make whey protein, which is considered to be one of the best proteins that humans can consume. Additionally, some whey protein products have extra amino acids added to them.

Whey proteins consist of β-lactoglobulin (48%–58%), α-lactalbumin (13%–19%), Glycomacropeptide (12%–20%), bovine serum albumin, heavy and light chain immunoglobulins and several minor whey proteins.

The major protein in whey is β-lactoglobulin, followed by α-lactalbumin (β-lactoglobulin ≈⁠ ⁠65%, α-lactalbumin ≈⁠⁠ ⁠25%, serum albumin ≈⁠⁠ ⁠8%, other ≈⁠ ⁠2%). β-lactoglobulin is a lipocalin protein, and can bind many hydrophobic molecules, suggesting a role in their transport. β-lactoglobulin has also been shown to be able to bind iron via siderophores[7] and thus might have a role in combating pathogens. I know a lot of people, especially children of school age that still drink a lot of milk(cow's milk) and are deficient in iron.
Since they can no longer digest milk proteins properly and β-lactoglobulin binds to iron, after some time they become iron deficient.

As I know, albumin is also a protein found in egg whites, and it can cause allergic reactions in some people or just intolerance which is much harder to be noticed.

My point is that although whey protein is promoted as almost a "superfood" today, it consists of many different proteins that can also cause unwanted reactions in some individuals. Since it comprises various proteins, and we know that proteins can act like antennas, we can apply the same logic here.

As mentioned in the session, some people will benefit from it, while many others will not. It varies from person to person.
 
Thanks for sharing the session. A random, and funny note. I premise that i have rural origins, in which both pigs and chickens have "always" been the quintessential backyard animals, and that I particularly love the taste of pork, despite having been exposed at a young age to the horrors of slaughter, and right in the backyard, so as totally normal. It is also true that pigs are in fact (even from a 3d sts perspective) among the 2d most tested beings in regards to the risk of rejection in xenotransplantations, so we can say in effect that we are related. Behaviorally, too. Pigs, like us for that matter, are legendary for being chronically afflicted with insatiable hunger. They were selected for this. They never stop gorging on any kind of stuff that comes their way. If we consider that the key to the 3sts realm is consume and possess, I would say that both of us and pigs are right on the same page :-) .

One of the interesting topics for me was a human ability to process/digest information, that is contained within proteins of different food and milk. Pig is better than beef as food assuming both are fed with grass, have to remember this and change my priorities. I'm wondering what about lamb/sheep's meet grown in fields? How does it stand in relationship to the above meet types or should I say how good is it as source of proteins and vitamins to be consumed by human?
I'm behaving a bit selfish here with raising this question as for the last several years we have been living in countryside and we have a small flock of sheeps mainly for our family needs. Our lamb meet contains not less fat than pigs and it's the main food on the table together with other grown food in the garden. I always thought this is a good plan to be less dependent from supermarkets and this would allow to keep the family's health in better condition. But now, after learning about importance of information encoded within various food and how this aligns with human capability to process it, I've got a bit confused because I haven't considered this as a factor before.

This was quite a shocker, I will admit that I was taken in by the “testimonials” of his alleged “victims” in Leaving Neverland. Sweet heaven, they really put the narrative together well - and the boys' parents complied with the lies! And it must have been lies, none of what they said in the documentary could be considered “minor”.

And speaking of experts, I am now wondering about the motivations of specialists who cast the 'guilty' verdict, such as Jim Clemente for example. I'm not suggesting that Clemente was a part of the spear campaign, but I'll take this as a reminder that some narratives are better stitched than others and caution is needed at all times before believing anything, including so-called experts.

I have bumped into a few interviews like the one below, where Michael talked about the general population being lied to. Apparently, this was recorded not too long before his death. I now beat myself up for not putting that together with the alleged pedophilia. Manufacturing those kinds of accusations is the PTB’s modus operandi, and yet I got fooled so easily by a well-concocted lie. In the end, if not by those lies, they neutralised him with medication dependancy and heaven knows what else.

Poor Michael, such a lonely soul. It must have been a tough life to live. He paid one heck of a price for his fame and fortune.

Exactly!!! I was shocked reading this, I just rewatched Leaving Neverland and oh my goodness those testimonials were believable... still hard for me to grasp this. I used to love MJ and it broke my heart when I saw the docu the first time and I've felt such disgust for him the last coulple of years and now... just goes to show. I'm floored.

Perhaps the doctors are right, in a sense. The collagen in the food doesn't seem to work properly unless it is transformed into small peptides.

Hydrolyzed collagen vs. non-hydrolyzed collagen

To put it simply, the difference between hydrolyzed collagen and non-hydrolyzed collagen is the molecule size.

When collagen is in the natural form, each molecule is around 30,000 daltons. Daltons are a unit of mass used to express the size of atoms and molecules, and you’ll see them used in biochemistry quite often.

The dalton size is essential for collagen supplements because when you consume collagen, each molecule has to be small enough to be absorbed through your stomach pores.

Human stomach pores can only fit molecules that are 4,000 daltons or less.

So, if collagen in the original molecule size is consumed, it is hardly bioavailable. Sure, you may be able to break it down a little to absorb some of the collagen, but you will end up passing most of it through your system before it can be fully absorbed.

That’s where the process of hydrolysis comes into play. Hydrolyzed collagen (also known as collagen peptide protein) is still collagen, but hydrolysis has broken down the molecules into a smaller dalton size.

Most standard hydrolyzed collagen is broken down to be 10,000 daltons. As we know from our stomach pore size, that’s still too big. So, to fully absorb collagen, your body needs to break it down even more to be fully digestible.

If there isn’t that much of a difference in dalton size, are there really that many hydrolyzed collagen benefits versus non-hydrolyzed collagen ones?

Understanding the hydrolysis of collagen

The definition of hydrolysis is: “A chemical process of decomposition involving the splitting of a bond and the addition of the hydrogen cation and the hydroxide anion of water.”

As mentioned, to get collagen peptide proteins or hydrolyzed collagen, the collagen molecules must go through hydrolysis. The word peptides describes a compound consisting of two or more amino acids linked, in this case, collagen, a protein made up of amino acids.

So, when collagen has been through hydrolysis, it means that the collagen molecule has been separated into two highly digestible amino acids.


There are also some experiments with improvements in digestion of meat proteins. One version is to age the fresh meat in a fridge for a day or two in a vacuum. Vacuum would stop the growth of microorganisms, and it would also stop the oxidation of proteins. But I don't know how useful would that be.

Another version is to cook it on low temperature for at least some time in order for proteases in the meat to do their work in predigesting the protein. Infrared heat can help in that process, which is why the clay cookware is famous because it produces infrared rays when heated.
