If remember correctly what was said in previous exchanges with Pierre since he passed on the other side of the veil, he will "access" 4D by incarnating there. Or even perhaps already has, as there is no time as we perceive it here, just maybe that knowledge/experience hasn't yet fully merged with the 'part' of his being and soul that left our 3D realm a year ago. 5D is supposedly a contemplation zone, apparently not really a 'place' where one 'acquires' new knowledge and understanding by experiential means, but assimilates what has already been gained through various (physical) incarnations in 3D and 4D realms. OSIT.
What you stated above about assimilating knowledge/experiences (lessons) may be reflected perhaps in what the C's said here in the session dated 18th July 1998:

This reminds me that I once read about the after life experiences of the English author and clergyman
Hugh Robert Benson, who was the son of an English Archbishop of Canterbury. Perhaps his most famous work is an apocalyptic tale called
Lord of the World
Lord of the World is a 1907 dystopian 'end of days' novel that centres upon the reign of the Antichrist and the end of the world. It has been called prophetic by
Pope Francis and
Pope Benedict XVI. Writing during the pontificate of
Pope Pius X and before the
First World War, Benson accurately predicted interstate highways, weapons of mass destruction, the use of aircraft to drop bombs on both military and civilian targets, and passenger air travel in advanced Zeppelins called "Volors".
In some ways the world Benson describes in his book reflects the sort of power blocks that George Orwell would also write about in his famous dystopian novel '1984'. I don't know if Orwell had read
Lord of the World and been influenced by it. Here is Benson's take:
The world has been divided into three power-blocs: a European Confederation of Marxist
one-party states and their colonies in Africa; the "Eastern Empire", whose emperor descends from the Japanese and Chinese imperial families; and the "American Republic", consisting of North and South America. The European Confederation and Eastern Empire are now on the brink of war.
Today we have a US led NATO and the European Union on the brink of war with Russia and possibly China too.

Anyway, Benson was supposed to have revealed that the afterlife was a bit like a classroom where one went to study life's lessons. Unfortunately, I can't track down the source for this but it still sticks with me.
I also do not understand it as something bad, it just feels as if people closer to Our “center” have already done their homework and are waiting for the final bell to finally lead the class to a new floor because the teacher who is here is already tiring, boring and prolongs the agony of the class 
it gives me some peace knowing that he’s doing well and we got a glimpse into what it’s like after this life.
