Had to re-read it trice to get the prediction and timeline connection! :O
I wonder that, the C's somewhere else said that things were escalating badly and ahead of schedule, and that was because we fell on the bad timeline... then in later sessions said things were ameliorating, sort of.
So that 1997 was a tipping point in some way, and a reaction to an imminent threat vs the PTB. Then 9/11 started, wars upon wars, and then now this huge friction with Putin and revolting masses, and the STS and STO guys playing more at the same level, being more visible for those with eyes to see.
So maybe the emergence of STO players won't necessarily ameliorate things, but cause more friction and fire just because there is a reaction to all this evil, and evil going crazy about it, or we'll be all zombies and living in a peaceful barren world with our calm and flattered brains ruled by fat and steady monsters.
- Are perhaps Social Networks involved in that prediction about "The whole populace will play individual roles according to their individual frequencies." ?
Looks like they're talking about the general public playing with its own smartphones for hours a day, every one with its own "individual role", an avatar, a nick, name...

It took nearly 1 hour for Diana to be put in the ambulance, and another 40 minutes more to reach a hospital, when it should have been 15 minutes or less. It's like they kept her on the side of the road until they were sure she'd not survive.
