I asked the question because it was already asked here on the forum, and I had been thinking about it. The answer from the Cs, to me, was that the "pool" that OPs go back and forth between is essentially a group soul "pool" made of "soul stuff" like all other soul groups.

All such "soul stuff"/groups has always existed, and they simply forms themselves into different groups based on the combined K&B of the soul group/stuff. Through individuated lifetimes, the group soul grows in K&B and can, at a certain point, differentiate or "split off" into smaller groups and even individuals, while always maintaining the connection to the originating group.

So basically, when we talk about "OPs" and "souled individuals", we're really talking about two different soul groups at different levels of K&B/development.

@Joe, what does "K&B" mean? I thought maybe the K can refer to Karma, but I have no idea what the B refers to. Could you explain?

And, I assume, the personality has to be similar along with the environment, terrestrial, so to speak.

Integrating what you are no longer with what you were in other incarnations, has to take other experiences and learnings.

One can also think of the cases of reincarnation where children are born with birth marks that correspond to mortal injuries in their precedent lives. If people retain trauma from a single incarnation through a passage via 5d, it's not difficult to imagine that they retain what has been learned and imprinted throughout countless incarnations in 3d when in 4d, or something like that.

The part about the kid who heard voices hits home hard... I have a loved one, a child, who is going through this now and is on Meds and has seen a psychologist and therapist for a while now... She is 17 and identifies as a boy and says they heard voices and they tell her/ him to harm people and or dogs... she never has and is very smart and kind but maybe fighting it inside...

It's very hard to get any info out of him...

It's pretty crazy... My wife is a nurse and is all business, the idea of possession is out of her realm of possibility...

I've tried to look for alternative options here in town but it's hard to find someone to help... Maybe I should start a new thread for help or ideas...?

Did this suicide attempt cause the entity to punish the teenager by having him commit a murder, which could send him to prison/a psychiatric hospital for a long time leaving him under the domination of this entity?

That will be really good to start a thread on people hearing voices asking them to do bad things. I believe possession could be overcome but not with medication...

Thankyou for the session! I found it quite intense and depressing as well... I read a quote a few months ago - I've forgotten who it came from - that was something like "despair joyously!".. Well that's what I try to do.. because you can't help but despair, when you look around at the world.. But also, when you really think about it, the despair is self-centred. Or so it seems to me.. So why not just, be joyous, on purpose...? :) (can be difficult)

Eggs are also a source of cholesterol...which has gotten a bad rap. Cholesterol is needed to make vitamin D, hormones (including testosterone and estrogen), and fat-dissolving bile acids.

Eggs could very well help reduce histamine/inflammatory reactions.

I had a fight with my doctor...I never had high cholesterol but as my adrenals started to weaken, my levels went up...Told my doctor it was my body trying to balance itself. My adrenals were probably struggling with cortisol output and cholesterol is a building block of it. Not that the doctors would test me...It was because I have histimine intolerance that I reasoned this out. Cortisol squashes excess histamine...So my high levels of cholesterol was my body attempting to bring down crazy high amounts of histamine in my body.

Well, the doctor wanted me on statins and I said, "No!"....I got labled non-compliant Anyway, when checked later my cholesterol went down...She asked how I did it and I said I ate more eggs and butter!

Here's another important tidbit about eggs and why they are good for you. Egg yolks are high in lecithin....And what has been pushed, if you must eat eggs?.....Eat only the whites!

Lecithin is a nonessential fat (or phospholipid) that's found naturally in foods, such as eggs. It's sometimes added to processed foods to improve their taste and texture. It's also in things like PAM, a non-stick spray.

Now here's the kicker, and all you conscious smokers will get this...In the body, lecithin helps move fats and eventually, it turns into choline. While lecithin itself is not an "essential" nutrient (meaning your body can make it on its own), choline is an essential nutrient that must come from food.

One of the most important roles of choline is making the neurotransmitter acetylcholine, which is directly related to memory, mood, muscle control and other brain and nervous system

But since there was a kind of reality split around the time of JFK it got me thinking about a possible connection to the 94 - 6 population numbers. Maybe Kennedy was onto something.

The answer by the C's regarding the "Secret Government" makes sense. The STS overlords want chaos, mayhem and suffering...and they don't care which human side is winning. This also means that the SG doesn't really care about the details of what the psychopaths (e.g. in the US) and their minions (EU morons) do, as long as they create antagonism and suffering. So, those 'grand plans' of destroying Russia are just ideas that these humans (e.g. Nuland) have come up with, not something the SG has given to them...the SG dudes are probably laughinh as much as we are at how stupid their plans are.

Maybe this also means that the SG/STS overlords do not want to see any type of Schwab/Harari scenario where people are just turned into mindless and controlled robots – because this would maybe mean less war, violence and suffering?

Our emotional states are what they feed from .

I think there’s some clues in Darkness over Tibet which the C’s have also sort of confirmed. In the inner city, all the workers are essentially very willing slaves which is different than the WEF dream. So considering that, it’s easy to see 4D STS sort of arriving as saviors when the whole thing falls apart to mop up the people who will be happy to be rescued.

The nature of that inner city in Darkness over Tibet gives some clues as to what they’re looking for in the 4th Density. It’s perhaps also worth considering that they have the Nephalim, who are 3D but serve their 4D overlords…. So they have the security forces, now they might just want as many compliant factory workers as they can get.

So Rama and his actions are after Nuclear war that destroyed 50% of India. The timing is too nearer. Probably what Rama is dealing with is Psychopathy after nuclear fall out and OP mutation to psychopathy. This gives some intersting meaning to the Rama's supposed virtues. So many were added to Ramayan story later- by Vedic sanskritian Kurgan Indo-Aryans (around 600 BCE) and later during Brahminical counter revolution phase (184 BC and later) to include caste items, adding a version of Ramayan to Mahabharat, his deeds pretty controversial at the present day.

Or maybe it is difficult to gather and store all that energy at once.
Or population reduction in advance is like "hotfix/update/result" of time travel after they witnessed that they failed and by doing some stuff in advance they hope to change outcome.

I thought I read that their population was dying... could the extra energy stealing be for the survival of their race?
