My guess would be that for most people perpetuating the roll out of the vaccine are just blind authoritarian followers and thus would fall into the blind spot/wishful thinking group. I would guess that the true perpetrators who work behind the scenes know of the damage and are using this to instill more fear, confusion, and even to kill off a reasonable portion of humanity while they hide out in their contamination free facilities. Also there is much wishful thinking there.
Keep in mind this is just conjecture, I certainly don’t know the precise answer to your question.

I don’t think the C’s were implying at all a balance between STS and STO here. This was merely a percent chance that Trump would or would not make a certain decision.
It also, I don’t think, has anything to do with an STS/STO divide. There are many people siding with Trump in this nation that probably don’t have a lick of soul development. They either support him because they come from conservative families and in some cases, hopefully not many, maybe for nefarious reasons (immigration laws that if taken a certain way might help in personal racist desires and the such). And no I don’t buy into the conservative racist narrative but I’m sure there are a few out there.
We are all important but a developed soul is more powerful than a non developed one. Is someone who has learned lessons in a better place than one who hasn’t? There is a reason I look to people like Laura and Jordan Peterson for insights on life rather than going to my neighbor or any random person on the street. Soul development matters and that should be an obvious fact.

I get what you're saying. As if the balance of energy and force must remain true even where there are many as opposed to few.
The few will be blessed with unique and unmatched quality where as the opposing-many shuffle among themselves in anticipation and squalor.

Yes, that is also the case. It seems like there is some type of balance regarding souls as well, in play. That being said, it's not clear yet that there will be a large US delegation on the STO side of the balance.
We are not all in one place on the path. Possibly some will get their wings, so to speak, sooner than others. One thing is for certain, the next few years will be a story for the great grandchildren.
