I would like to comment on these two issues by taking Ra's material in addition to what has already been said here in the forum about
Kantek or Maldek.

A: Bad question. Rethink and separate.
The Atlanteans were not bi-density neither were the subterranean civilizations that sought shelter in the interior of the Earth. From what the Cs said, the Orions ("managers" ) have the capacity to be bi-density, material when they are briefly in 3D or ethereal when they are in higher densities:

Now, that has always bothered me. I don't think they meant "surface appearances." Have the Aryans been glorified as the "master race" because they are more suited to living underground?
A: Close. All types there are "Aryan."
Q: (L) Okay, is this a Terran underground civilization that has been 'managed' by Orions, or did it develop on its own?
A: One at a time.
Q: (L) Did the underground civilization develop on its own?

RA: I am Ra. At a particular time/space, in your past, there existed a population of third-density beings on a planet which was in your solar system. This planet has been given various names; the sound vibratory complex you most commonly use is Maldek. These entities, having destroyed their planetary sphere, were forced to find refuge in this third density which is the only one in your solar system which in its time/space was favorable to life and able to provide the lessons necessary to lessen their mind/body/spirit distortions of the Law of One.
Questioner: How did they get here?
RA: I am Ra. They came through the harvest process, and they incarnated through the processes of incarnation from your higher spheres in this density.

Questioner: Then all of Earth's human population came from Maldek?
RA: I am Ra. This is a new line of inquiry that deserves a place of its own. Many of those who were harvested to your sphere from the sphere known before its dissolution by other names, but to your peoples by the name of Maldek, incarnated within the surface of your Earth, rather than upon it. The population of your planet includes numerous and varied groups harvested from other second dimensional spheres and the third dimensional cycle. You are by no means a single race or have a single past or origin. The experience you share is unique to this time/space continuum.

Now, on the causes of the destruction of Kantek
(By the way, the myth of Superman, arriving on Earth as an infant and the destruction of Krypton I think are a modern explanation, a reminder, a collective memory of what happened on Kantek.)
(L) It's not a part of Kantek that was flung off and became a comet?
A: No
Q: (L) Is it part of a giant comet that came into the solar system and interacted with Kantek, causing it to explode?
A: Close, but not exactly. At the time there were numerous disturbances.
From what is mentioned in the sessions and in the Ra material. In Kantek there was something very similar to what happened later in Atlantis and what is happening in this present civilization. It was not only cosmic aspects such as comets, but also aberrant solar, geological, economic, social and political activity. All related.
Q: (L) Do beings in this area of the galaxy just sort of destroy their planets from time to time? Is this getting to be a habit?
A: Close. Has been.
From Session 10 (The Law of One book 1)
Questioner: I think it would help us to clarify some things if we were to go back to the time before the transfer of souls from Maldek, to see how the Law of One operated with respect to that transfer, and why it was necessary. What happened to the population of Maldek that caused it to lose its planet? How long ago did this event occur?
RA: I am Ra. The civilization of the peoples of Maldek was in some ways similar to that of the social complex you know as Atlantis in that they had obtained great technological information which they used without concern for the preservation of their sphere, following, for the most part, the complex of thought, ideas, and actions which you may relate to your so-called negative polarity, or service-to-self. However, for the most part it was expressed in a sincere belief/thought structure which the mind/body complexes of that sphere perceived as positive and of service to others. The devastation which destroyed their biosphere and caused its disintegration was the result of what you call war.
The escalation reached the maximum degree of technology available to this social complex in your space/time present at that time, which was approximately 705,000 of your years ago. The cycles had begun much, much earlier upon this sphere due to its relative ability to support first-dimensional life forms at an earlier time in the space/time continuum of your solar system. These entities were so traumatized by this fact that they found themselves in what you might call an intractable knot or situation of fear. A period of your time elapsed. No one could reach them; there was no one who could help them.
Approximately 600,000 of your years ago, the then members of the Confederation were able to develop a social memory complex and undo the knot of fear. The entities were then able to remember that they were conscious. This awareness brought them to the point which you may call the lower astral planes where they were able to receive the necessary care until each mind/body/spirit complex was finally able to recover from this trauma and each entity was able to examine the distortions which it had experienced in the previous life/illusion complex.
Following this learning/teaching experience, the group's decision was to establish upon itself what you may call a palliation of karma. For that reason they incarnated on your planetary sphere in what were not viable human forms. That is what you have been experiencing, until the distortions of destruction are replaced by distortions toward the desire for a less distorted vision of service to others. Since this was the conscious decision of the vast majority of those beings of the Maldek experience, the transition to this planet began approximately 500,000 of your years ago and employed the type of body complex available at that time.

Questioner: Yesterday you said that Maldek was destroyed by the war. If Maldek had not self-destructed as a result of the war, would Maldek have become a planet of evolution towards service-to-self and would its entities have increased in density and reached fourth density of negative polarity, or service-to-self?
RA: I am Ra. The planetary complex of social memory, Maldek, had in common with your own sphere the condition of a mixture in energy orientation. Therefore, though we cannot know, there would most likely have been a mixed harvest: a few advancing to fourth-density positive, a few advancing to fourth density in service to self, and the vast majority repeating third density. This estimate is approximate as the vortices of parallel possibilities/probabilities cease when an action occurs and new vortices of probabilities/possibilities begin.
These last words of Ra reminded me of the words of the Cs when they mentioned "endings and beginnings"...

A: Yes. We do not want any of you to worry as it can change outcome.
