OK, this guy (that I know of) is an expert about nuclear plants.
But I doubt that he's 100% right in his conclusion.
Of course if there would be a coordinated attack on several nuclear plants, that would create a big mess.
But it would be surprising that the potential attackers could be able to attack all the nuclear plants.
And there are also other plants, burning coal or gas for instance (+ hydro-electricity).
So a minimal production of electricity could be possible.
Plus other countries in Europe could probably sell us back some electricity (even if France is selling lots of it to its neighborhood such as Germany, Switzerland, etc.)
Moreover, since the drones' visit, nuclear plants are more protected by the army (but not of everything, like stealth drones or rockets, or maybe use of LASERs from space like the US "Star wars" system or some equivalent).
So, don't panic !
