I'm going to do the saliva candida test tomorrow
Just keep in mind that the Candida spit test is NOT accurate.
Yes, please don't do it, it is pretty inaccurate (sorry, I made such a mess with saliva test, I believed in it's accurate for months), there are other more accurate ways to find if you have candida or not, one of the ways is to make a survey as suggested by Luthien; (link is here) http://owndoc.com/pdf/candida-survey.pdf
Sorry once more jhonny
.
Hi Ljubica,
FWIW, I found a nice article about candida in Croatian:
"Candida infections - from paranoia to neglected clinical problem" _http://www.centarcedrus.hr/media/2667/candida_infekcije.pdf
I haven't started to read candida thread on Cass forum yet so I can't say how much of information in this article has already been covered here. Just thought that since article is in Croatian, and has lot of scientific papers (in English) as references, it could maybe be of some help to you.
About candida overgrowth tests it says that there are 4 of them:
1. microbiological cultivation
2. DNA tests
3. candida metabolites in blood (d‐arabinitol)
4. antibodies (serological diagnostics)
and that none of them can be made at home by ourselves.
Just my 2 lipe (1/100 of Croatian currency 'kuna')
