Since I will not be vaccinated, I will no longer have access to general practitioners, gynecologists, dentists, etc...
Why pay for nothing... I haven't seen any doctor for 3 years now, whereas before I had a regular visit to each of them once a year...
According to a press release from the official medical body of France (Ordre des Médecins), doctors are invited to follow their deontological obligations of accepting patients and that the pass sanitaire shouldn't prevent access to health care.

"For the Ordre des médecins, the implementation of the health pass must not limit access to care."
"The Ordre des médecins reminds us that the public service mission assumed by all healthcare professionals is to guarantee access to care for all. Health professionals, regardless of their mode of practice, will have a deontological obligation to guarantee all their patients care in optimal safety conditions."

Good one! Some sanity, at least. Except they sent it to the Conseil Constitutionel, and we know that's a nest of vultures. Oh well, in theory anybody could at least quote them if they get refused treatment at a hospital.

Recently I called "innocently one of the local hospitals to ask if they were imposing the health pass, and I was happy to hear from the secretary that "you need to bring absolutely nothing with you". She was obviously making a point to say that they won't impose the health pass. That was refreshing!

I intend to cancel my mutual insurance which costs me 68 euros per month and which I have been paying for nothing for 3 years...
I don't go out of my house and the driver/car expenses are too high, so I don't consult a doctor...
Yet I would need one for my eyes, my eyesight is going down...
What do you think knowing that I am taken at 100% for my back which was fractured twice in 1995 and 2003 hence my current disability?
Maybe better post this on your personal thread, PERLOU? Otherwise it will get lost in this topic.

Just as a quick reply,
Why pay for nothing... I haven't seen any doctor for 3 years now, whereas before I had a regular visit to each of them once a year...

Well, having a checkup once a year is a very good thing. And given your small retirement, don't you qualify for the "CMU" (now called "complémentaire santé solidaire")?

The health pass only applies to hospitals, so (at least for now) you don't need it for visits to GP's, dentists and other specialists working in a private practice.

Just for fun, speaking of hospital, I just had my 4 wisdom teeth removed by general anesthesia, thus with authorization of operation thanks to a pcr test (salivary for my part), well 3 minutes after waking up, while I'm still in the clouds, the nurse repeats to me "Come on, put your mask on Sir!
The next day, I go shopping to buy some food, the mask half put on, the guard (a big guy, 2m 100kg) grabbed my arm, pointed at me and threatened me "you don't know me, you'll see what's waiting for you outside, I won't forget you", all because I ignored him a little bit when he shouted at me to put my muzzle back on "properly"... I threw everything away and left.
To submit to idiots to fatten other idiots and to poison me by eating their s++t? No thanks.

Thank you for your answers...

CHU, I gave my messages to PERLOU: https://cassiopaea.org/forum/threads/perlou.38366/page-10#post-961696
As you indicated...
No, I'm just over the limit for CMU so I don't qualify...
What I was asking is if you find it "correct" to pay a 68 euro per month mutual insurance when I don't go to the doctor for 3 years, the car/driver costs being too expensive...

Claque magistrale au #PassSanitaire ! Le Directeur du CDC confirme sur CNN qu'il n'a AUCUNE justification sanitaire !!! Les vaccins n'empêchent PAS la transmission. Game is over. #Manifs7aout

Masterful slap in the face to the #HealthPass! CDC Director confirms on CNN that it has NO health justification!!! Vaccines do NOT prevent transmission. Game is over.
