What's for Dinner?

Tonight I had organic quinoa, with a couple of spoons of ghee mixed into it.

Today couscous, carrots, meat turkey, vitamins. raspberries. mushrooms - opieńki.

What was the couscous made of? I believe it is forbidden on the diet.

I made a mistake I meant the name of quinoa it was steamed on the water, it was the first time a very small portion, because I want to diversify dinner

Two days ago, quinoa blinis with canned mackerel, garlic, and a salad with baby radish, dill, lemon and a bit of grape seed oil. Yesterday, ate at work kasha and two pieces of sliced beef, and today is going to be cooked beef tongue, green beans with onions, garlic and dill slowly made together on a pan, and kasha cooked in beef tongue water.

Scrambled eggs with curcuma and a little buckwheat cooked in coconut oil. Buckwheat shortbread and maille dijon mustard. Yummy, except no more buying maille, too strong, had to take extra breaths.

I haven't felt much like cooking lately, in the evening, and if I snack on something like ham or turkey ham (precooked, natural, uncured) in the late afternoon then that seems to be enough for the day. I do sauté some organic veggies every couple of days or so, even if I am not particularly hungry for them, and sometimes I bake root vegetables.

Avocado, bacon and salad soup thickened with cooked quinoa to keep out the cold NE wind.

Toss green salad, mixed with 1/3 pound of 15% fat hamburger meat, with a half of a red apple diced, one long green onion chopped, tossed with a light olive oil, vinegar, garlic flakes, aneth and mustard dressing. :)

We had home made fish & chips for lunch. I used gluten free breadcrumbs mixed with tapioca flour for the fish, and sweet potatoes for the chips.
Last night made beef stewed with carrots, garlic, tomatoes and potatoes, used the wok (iron) for that instead of the big aluminum pot.

Pot roast, potatoes, carrots and onions slow cooked in a crock pot. I made gravy using the juices and some arrowroot flour to thicken.

I had my first go at some beef tongue yesterday for dinner. It was good meat but I've never been so aware of my own tongue while eating a meal. I found it a bit creepy. There were some parts that were harder or more solid than the other parts. I cooked it in the pressure cooker with carrots. I put the leftover in some soup. I don't know if I can bear to eat just sliced by itself anymore.

Goat loin chop fried rare in bacon fat with rosemary, salt and pepper. Swiss chard steamed/sauteed in butter with garlic. I drizzled the extra bacon fat and goat juice on the chard. The goat chop was kind of like a chewy little steak, fatty and delicious. I think the chard may have been the best I've ever tasted!
