Sure, I like using olive oil, tiny bit of coconut oil, mustard, organic eggs, salt and pepper.

Last night we had leftovers. Reheated goat, kale, potato and bean soup. Wild Rice with "red beans" - fermented red kidney beans, sausage, goat meat, onions, celery, garlic.

Yesterday I grilled sausage with fried thin potatoes in duck fat, same desert and

I live in Quebec province herondancer and here you can buy it in super market or as I do directly from the producer.

I found it by going in to a butcher shop that specializes in local meats. They didn't have it but were willing to order it in from a distributor in Quebec. I got a 5kg bucket for about $60 if I remember correctly. You might be able to order from the distributor directly. Here's the info that was on the bucket:
