What's the weather where you are?

Same here in Macedonia, heavy rain and winds. Not very windy where i live but some felt trees in other places. IT will be like that during the next night according to meteo forecasts.

New floods in Serbia. You have a video in this article: http://www.rts.rs/page/stories/sr/story/125/Dru%C5%A1tvo/2235446/Izlile+se+reke%2C+vanredna+situacija+u+sedam+op%C5%A1tina%2C+u+toku+evakuacija.html

Not as big as in 2014, but it looks like these floods became a regular thing in the Balkans. :/

Thank you. Yeah, I'm telling you, we seem to be transforming into England or some other western European country. We used to have big snow in the winter, droughts in the summer, and some floods but only caused by the melting of the snow in the spring. But we never had this big rains. People here are just not prepared for that. And their houses near the rivers are not prepared for that.

After several days of rain, finally - sun,and with the sun two beautiful pictures:

Great pics casper :)

A new cold front has arrived in Hong Kong. It was foggy and light rain with low visibility whole of yesterday, and today its windy, dark, with heavy rain. Temperatures dropped from 23oC to 12oC in 24 hours; and expected to drop to 9oC tonight. Definitely not fun as there is no central heating in this city.

Heavy rain, golf ball size hail stones.

Lightning storms and very high winds. Been going on all week.

It's 70 degrees, so why are Harrisburg crews still plowing snow on City Island?
http://www.pennlive.com/news/2016/03/snow_remains_city_island_harri.html

Harrisburg can't count on Mother Nature alone to melt an estimated 15,000 tons of snow that was dumped on City Island after a January blizzard.

City employees have been working there for the past three weeks to help speed the melting process along. The snow must be melted or moved by April 14, which is opening day for the Harrisburg Senators baseball team.

Snow from Harrisburg and surrounding municipalities ended up piled high on the City Island parking lot because there was no where else to put it as crews tried to clear the streets for travel after the record-breaking snow storm.

"Everybody was putting their snow there," said Aaron Johnson, Harrisburg's public works director.

That unique situation is now followed by another as city officials are still dealing with the remaining piles of snow, two months after the 30-inch snowfall.

In the weeks following the blizzard, the giant piles of snow hardened and Johnson became increasingly concerned the snow would not be gone by the Senators' opening day.

In late February, he borrowed some gas-powered burners that blew heat on the snow to melt it. His crews also used loaders to break the snow into smaller piles.

Since then, crews have been working seven days a week in the parking lot, he said. The city had to borrow a loader to move the snow since the city only owns one loader.

But that will soon change. Harrisburg City Council Tuesday night authorized the purchase of two loaders, two skid steers and a tow truck.

With the warmer temperatures in March, the city no longer needs the burners but workers continue to move the snow around to encourage faster melting.

On Tuesday night, Johnson estimated that three-quarters of the snow that was originally dumped on the Island had been melted.

"I think we'll be there by the end of the month," Johnson said of clearing all the snow.

Even if all the snow isn't melted in the next five weeks, Johnson said his crews could push any remaining snow into piles at the edge of the lot to ensure the lot is cleared for baseball fans.

Louisiana, Mississippi: Thousands of homes damaged in floods
http://www.mail.com/scitech/news/4205788-louisiana-mississippi-thousands-homes-damaged-floo.html#.7518-stage-hero1-6

NEW ORLEANS (AP) — Widespread flooding in Louisiana and Mississippi has damaged thousands of homes, and the risk of rising water prompted additional evacuations Sunday. At least four deaths have been reported in Louisiana amid the flooding that began last week, and the National Guard has rescued nearly 3,300 residents. Two fishermen have been missing for days in Mississippi.

Flood warnings were in effect across the region as many rivers remained dangerously high. Also of concern was another line of thunderstorms that hit parts of Oklahoma, Arkansas, northern Louisiana and northern Mississippi on Sunday night, bringing more rain and reports of tornadoes in Arkansas.

In Louisiana, emergency officials said more than 4,958 homes were damaged. That number is expected to rise as more reports come in from areas still battling floodwaters. Mississippi reported that 185 homes were damaged by floodwaters and about 650 homes sustained minor damage.

New snow in the mountain areas from 800m above. During last weekend it was a pretty cold with a lot of rainin the lower altitude places and snow on the higher places ( above 800m)
Its expected to be a similar like this until end of this week in Macedonia. Higher temperatures are expected for second half on March,so will will see how this crazy weather will go on.

Ya'll remember to state your general location on the planet with your posts.

Looks like Mother Nature is continuing the clean-up.

Same weather pattern here in NSW Australia. No rain, big cracks in the ground and above normal temps. Near constant moisture feeding in from the easterly wind, but no significant trough or front to bring any worthwhile rain.

Amazing how fast it went from wet to dry in a matter of weeks.

North of Italy(Torino), last week till today we had sunny days, calm weather, no rains, in short spring time weather at least in my city and surroundings, though there were exceptions in some regions of Italy it rained a lot(South-Central regions) in another regions it snowed a lot( upper Northern parts of the country- the regions that are closer to the Alps) , but, starting tonight it has to arrive a heavy storm that it will bring snow and rain in the Northern part of the country and more rain and less snow in the Central-South part of the Country, according to forecasters this storm is a big one, btw this winter we(in Torino) didn't had even one day of snow, even worse from mid November till mid february we experienced a very, very dry weather, it started to rain at the end of february fortunately. Anyway, one last thing, i remember last year about this time we already started having great weather, some raining going, basically the spring season had started on schedule, this year is different, it's more cold, murkier, you can see and feel that the weather has changed...
