Bird Flu, Swine Flu, Vaccines

This swine flu thing can be used as an excuse for lots of things, not just the closing down of borders. Violence against Mexican and Mexican-Americans, violence relating to hysterical fear of infection, mandatory vaccines and medications (Tamiflu), herding people off to quarantine (camps), and just a further crackdown on our civil liberties. I'm sure there's more.

Speaking of Tamiflu...Here's a couple of SOTT articles it:

Sure, you're right in all those points. I guess I was going panicky there. There have been a few related synchronicities, but I'll leave those for their own thread.

I'm wondering if this outbreak has anything to do with the call to try Bush and Company on charges of authorizing torture.

A pandemic would take the focus off of that, I think.

If so, they must have predicted for the possibility and prepared for it.

The other morbid possibility is that the pandemic (this one or another if it fails) is just a way to reduce people's number, and the quarantine thing for damage control and to give the impression that something is done.

Considering that the real epidemic is the invasion of pathological psychopaths (discussed here: http://www.cassiopaea.org/forum/index.php?PHPSESSID=7p4q9qfbt4r568bk42dq03q3f1&topic=9491.msg87008#msg87008 ), is pandemic flu just a reflection of the real invasion?

This epidemic could have several goals, including people control for sure, (could be a good reason to justify an economic collapse : it's not our fault, it's because of the flu), but also people reduction and making money.

The « Tamiflu » which is probably a hoax as a efficient medecine against this kind of flu, is manufactured by the Roche laboratory under a licence from GILEAD SCIENCES INC, and isn't Donald Rumsfeld a major shareholder of this company ?

The hysteria which is surrounding this is something to behold. FEAR has gripped the news media services and the general population. I never had much thought on this other than the Signs flu supplement done some years ago.

So I did a Google news search to see where this snowball first gathered and only had to go back to last Tuesday April 21st. First report was in from two children in San Diego via Atlanta. The Centre for Disease Control is based in Atlanta, hence the release from that city.

http://news.google.com.au/news?um=1&ned=au&hl=en&q=swine+flu&as_drrb=b&as_minm=3&as_mind=28&as_maxm=4&as_maxd=24

Didn't find any reports about Mexico although there could be some Spanish speaking newswires that have an earlier source.

In any case, first report in English seems to come from the Atlanta Journal-Constitution where they report.

CDC alerts doctors about swine flu cases

Health officials in Atlanta have diagnosed a unique type of swine flu in two California children, but said it’s unclear whether many people will be susceptible to the infection. A 10-year-old boy in San Diego County and a 9-year-old girl in neighboring Imperial County were diagnosed last week. Both recovered. The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention alerted doctors Tuesday, but said there was no reason for the public to take unusual measures.

What a difference a week makes.

You are right about the fear and hysteria. Just landed in Hong Kong and all the "fever" cameras are up again just like during SARS. We had to remove our caps too so that the camera can get a good shot of you, supposedly to make sure that you don't have fever like symptoms when you get on or off the airplane. So convenient to get mugs shot of everyone travelling on airplanes!!

We now also have to read out a message from the Health Ministry to all passengers on all flights asking them to report to the cabin crew if they have flu like symptoms. The hysteria has suddenly magnified substantially.

The amazing thing is the repeated headline news event that all of a sudden: "there is no reason to worry".

And then at the next bulletin, in case you didn't sit up and pay attention the first time, once again: "headline news: there is nothing to worry about".

co-ordinated media transmarginal inhibition 'button-pushing' like crazy.

Hubby and I were discussing this and began to wonder: what kind of legislation is pending? Usually when something like this is hyped in the media, its a distraction away from something the PTB don't want the people to notice, like the magician who distracts the observer with one hand.....and trick you on the other.

I always think that the connecting the dots articles are fantastic, so having noticed a few possible connections I thought I'd post my impressions.

Firstly was Swine Flu = Dress Rehersal

After looking over the stories regarding this flu business, the overall impression I get is that this is probably a dry run conditioning event. It just doesn't seem horribly deadly, and if they were going to take the trouble to start a pandemic, wouldn't it be really deadly right away?

As it stands now, the more uptight people will be making demands of the government. Do this. Do that. Protect us. Give us shots. The more cynical people will shrug the whole thing off and be even less worried the next time. It's kind of a win-win for the people who like mind-f**king us to death.

I basically agree with this take on it, at least it feels about right to me. The point about people wittingly or unwittingly helping the agenda is true, although it's not exactly simple to sort through events while they're happening. Let's face it: we are under constant manipulation and therefore forced to run down a few blind alleys like rats in a maze.

I tend to agree with the authers impressions, and if it does fizzle out then I think it was pretty acurate.

This latest flu hasn't been widespread and not that deadly. It seems to be just a beta test and not the real release to drastically reduce the population of the world.

Yes, the ruling elite want to reduce the population of the world. They write about it in their books, in their think tank documents, in government documents, and at their conferences. You won't hear about it on television news because they're part of the mainstream media trust, along with AP and Reuters, which are all owned by the same people.

They add the industrial waste and active ingredient of rat poison, known as fluoride, in your water, causing your brain, liver, and bones to rot and decay. They add mercury, which is as toxic as lead or arsenic, to the vaccines as a preservative, causing autism and sudden infant death syndrome, among several other things. Yes, the government hates you and wants to kill you. Government loves war and death.

Before any scientist does anything drastic they always do a beta test. They are studying several different things such as how far it spreads and how fast. They are studying if it mutates. They are studying if they'll get away with the crime.

Mexico seems like an ideal distribution point since they know it would spread to the United States. There are less safeguards in Mexico than the United States, but the United States is the primary target. Americans have a Second Amendment right, which makes Americans a big threat to the New World Order and the ruling elite's power.

It is your duty not to make the latest beta test a success by screaming about it. Scream about it to your elected representatives and to the media. Demand justice.

The sick part about this is that they are using vaccines to spread the virus. The cure for the bioterrorism attack is the method of delivery so take vaccines at your own risk. Take a rat or your local politician to the doctor with you to beta test the vaccine before you take it.

The real test will be much more deadly and much more widespread. They'll bring in martial law when it happens and take the rest of our rights away if we happen to survive a large scale bioterror attack.

So if it is a dry run for the main event (along with conditioning among other things) there where a few things that came to mind about what they may be testing.
Firstly why only Mexicans dying? Are they testing ethnic specific weapons to see how well they stay withing a targeted population?
Second is the population response, are they reacting according to the trans marginal inhibition? I.e. passively following the guidance/manipulations laid out for them? Who/what deviates and so can be factored in later?

What other terrifying things have happened recently that where not all they seemed? A possible dry run...

Hundreds fled one building where employee said no warning was provided

New York - A federal government exercise Monday involving low-flying planes created a panic in New York City and parts of New Jersey.

Two fighter jets escorted a low-flying Boeing 747 over lower Manhattan as part of a photo shoot.

That's the same part of the city where hijacked passenger jets crashed into the World Trade Center on Sept. 11, 2001.

John Leitner, a trader at the New York Mercantile Exchange building, said people began running outside when they saw the planes around 10 a.m. ET.

About 1,000 workers gathered along the Hudson River until a security officer told them it was a planned exercise.

Workers got no official advance notice, Leitner said.

The Federal Aviation Administration said it had advance notice of the event and had notified local officials ahead of time.

"They were making two, maybe three passes," FAA spokesman Jim Peters told NBC affiliate WNBC. "The DOD (Department of Defense) and the FAA worked this all out in advance."

Peters said the 747 was "the back-up aircraft for Air Force One."

In a statement afterwards, the NYPD said the flight "was authorized by the FAA for the vicinity of the Statue of Liberty, with directives to local authorities not to disclose information about it, but to direct all inquiries to the FAA Air Traffic Security Coordinator."

The incident also caused a panic in Jersey City.

Stan Eason of the Jersey City Police Department told WNBC that "thousands" panicked and that buildings were evacuated because residents were unaware of what was going on.

Was this a test to see how everyone would react to a similar event post 911? Does this mean its a dry run for a repeat event with the same factors as above? Observation of the population to see if they are all reacting according to plan? Its terror effects seem quite localised from this side of the atlantic.
Either way I'm starting to pick up a strong correlation between the two events that I can't quite pin down.

Reading over the blog where the first article was posted from, the auther seems to have a good grasp of the pathology behind the transpiring events, but is lacking the hyperdimentional element when it comes to it all, this article stood out for that reason

The Ultimate Hegelian Mindf**k
_http://twelfthbough.blogspot.com/2009/04/ultimate-hegelian-mindfuck.html

Yesterday I posted a Youtube video from CNN. As we know, CNN provides us a steady stream of government psyops. Therefore, we must consider that when CNN starts airing information from a UFO conference including explicit remarks about the US government needing to admit the truth, meaning disclose the presence of aliens, by the end of next month no less, maybe something is up here. I mean, do some people need our attention diverted from their taking down the world economy? Do you really think so?

Paraphrasing starting around 5:00 in: If it [the US government under Obama] doesn't disclose by the end of May [the existence of aliens], PRG has extensive resources and documentation that will be put out to the media, making it as difficult as possible for Obama to avoid this issue, on which the development of the human race hangs oh by the way. If Obama waits past the end of May, there's a 50:50 chance another nation will act preemptively, (no scratch that Freudian slip), proactively (that's the ticket) to disclose the alien presence. Like Nicky Sarkozy, for instance.
Here's a little discussion of it over at Cryptogon.

Kenny from Kenny's Sideshow left a very perceptive comment here yesterday, and so I want to call attention to this possibility. Because if something like this does go down and we're faced with aliens [PROBLEM], it's going to cause total chaos [REACTION] and people will not be able to think clearly. People need to think it through before it happens on the premise that it's a really elaborate trap designed to close the deal on the NWO agenda.

So here's the thing. Who or what is PRG, referenced in the video? (And who is that creepy woman with the lidded eyes at 4:20?)

_http://www.paradigmresearchgroup.org/main.html

Such a comprehensive site. Who has the time? I don't. I see the mission statement boils down to "What are going to do about it?" [SOLUTION] Mmm hmm.
Rockefeller Initiative, Clintons.....hmmm

I suppose if Obama or Sarkozy reveals ET's presence there will be only be one thing to do. We must unite as one world, under one government, using a global currency and build a world security system just in case some ET want to start some shit.

This would be way too big for a bunch of squabbling nations to handle. We would need one voice, one heart, one brave leader to speak for the world. A messiah to lead us into the promised land of the galaxies and tell us all what to do.

Knowing that we are not alone would cast doubts about current religions. I think we should have a new universal religion to embrace our new found neighbors and show world unity and peace.
Tithing required.

We can reach out to the ET's and become a popular tourist stop in their travels. Of course we may have to reduce our population by a few billion and clean up the place a little. No tourist wants to stay in a slum.

This new revelation would be just what we need. A new world....

I feel better already.
:)

While the article itself does go off on a tangent, I did notice again a possible pattern emerging. What if we play the same fear game above with viruses and planes, this time with UFOs?
Many things could be used to 'unite the world under a one world government' but the above scenario is intriguing. Could the powers that be use current unfolding events to there advantage? Add to the increased UFO activity a few light shows over a large populated area, to perhaps coincide with the above demands for full disclosure above to gage the reaction from the public, and check the reaction is within predictable boundaries? Weed out any un-forseen factors? Another dry run perhaps? Thats if we do get a light show mind.....

What do y'all think? Am I over reaching with the last link?

On the Mexican deaths....

Genetic variations predispose Mexican Americans to insulin resistance
_http://www.news-medical.net/?id=10928

Although numerous studies have shown that low-grade inflammation is linked to heart disease and diabetes, more recent studies have shown that inflammation plays a role in insulin resistance, a syndrome that leads to diabetes and heart disease and affects about one in four adults in the United States. But exactly how inflammation triggers insulin resistance is not fully understood.

Now, researchers at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and the University of California, Los Angeles, have found that variations in four genes that control inflammation are linked to insulin resistance, the precursor of diabetes, in Mexican Americans. Their findings, reported at the American Diabetes Association's 65th Annual Scientific Sessions, may enable physicians to identify patients at the highest risk for developing diabetes and to design therapies that target these genes to prevent insulin resistance.

"This study is the first to show that four inflammatory pathway genes - IL4, IL4R, IL6 and C5 - contribute to the development of insulin resistance," said Jerome I. Rotter, M.D., director of research, Medical Genetics Institute at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

Low-grade inflammation originates in numerous places throughout the body, including excess fat, and is often triggered by some type of injury or infection. In heart disease, the idea is that the coronary arteries become inflamed, causing the plaque or fatty build-up in the arteries to rupture. But because the inflammation is internal and not "seen," doctors use a simple blood test to measure for high levels of C-reactive protein (CRP) - a marker for inflammation. High levels of CRP are linked to an increased risk of heart attack, stroke, diabetes and more recently, insulin resistance.

Insulin, which is secreted by the pancreas, helps cells to take in glucose and convert it to energy. Insulin resistance occurs when muscle, fat, and liver cells do not use insulin properly. As a result, the pancreas tries to keep up with the demand for insulin by producing more, causing excess sugar to build up in the blood. Over time, insulin resistance leads to heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity and polycystic ovarian syndrome. In fact, about 25 percent - 68 million - adult Americans have insulin resistance, with Mexican Americans having the highest prevalence.

"Because insulin resistance and heart disease are so common in the Mexican American population and we know that chronic low-grade inflammation is associated with these diseases, our group wanted to investigate whether specific inflammatory genes might be involved," Rotter said.

To determine whether specific variations in the genes that control inflammatory responses were directly linked to insulin resistance, researchers at Cedars-Sinai and the University of California, Los Angeles, studied a large, high-risk population of Mexican Americans. Using the most precise diagnostic and genetic tests, the investigators examined the link between variations in 31 of the most common inflammatory genes and insulin resistance.

The researchers examined the DNA of 656 Mexican American family members participating in the study and identified 41 variations in the 31 inflammatory genes. Among these family members, 394 adult offspring and their spouses were then tested for insulin sensitivity with the glucose clamp, the most precise diagnostic test for insulin resistance, by receiving an infusion of insulin in one arm over a two-hour period. At the same time, blood samples were drawn from the other arm to measure how much glucose was present in the blood. Depending on blood glucose levels, sugar was added to see how well the cells used it. Patients were found to be less insulin resistant when the samples showed low blood sugar levels even when glucose was added, indicating that the cells were taking up glucose. However, when little or no glucose needed to be added, the patients were found to be insulin resistant, i.e., their blood sugar levels remained too high, indicating that the cells were not using the glucose as they should.

The investigators then compared patients' level of insulin resistance to each of the 41 inflammatory gene variations. They found that four specific gene variations were significantly linked with high levels of insulin resistance. Among these inflammatory genes, IL4, IL4R and C5 were found to have significant variation despite the patient's age, sex, or body mass index (BMI), while variations in IL6 affected insulin resistance only through excess body fat.

"Essentially, our study shows that these inflammatory genes cause insulin resistance," Rotter said. "In other words, it appears that low grade inflammation causes insulin resistance and is not just a consequence of insulin resistance."

To be doubly certain that these gene variations were linked to insulin resistance, the investigators analyzed larger portions, or haplotypes, of both IL4 and IL6. Haplotypes represent the majority of common variation passed down in families, encompassing sections of the gene that have remained unbroken by evolution over time. Consequently, haplotypes are more likely to identify disease associations than single gene variations. The researchers found that insulin resistance was associated with the fourth most common haplotype of the IL4 gene and the most common haplotype of the IL6 gene, providing further support for the involvement of these genes.

"These data suggest that the relationship between chronic inflammation and insulin resistance, as well as that between these inflammatory markers and the later development of Type 2 diabetes, may well have a genetic basis encompassing such inflammation genes as IL4, IL4R, IL5 and C5," Rotter said.

Future studies will investigate the role these genes play in the development of insulin resistance, diabetes and heart disease.

Increased Susceptibility of Diabetic Mice to Influenza Virus Infection: Compromise of Collectin-Mediated Host Defense of the Lung by Glucose?
_http://jvi.asm.org/cgi/content/full/72/8/6884

The influence of diabetes on susceptibility to influenza virus infection was examined in a mouse model in which RIP-Kb transgenic mice and their nontransgenic littermates were used as the diabetic and nondiabetic hosts, respectively. Influenza virus A/Phil/82 (H3N2) grew to significantly higher titers in the lungs of diabetic than nondiabetic mice. The extent of viral replication in the lungs was proportional to blood glucose levels in the mice at the time of infection, and the enhanced susceptibility of diabetic mice was reversed with insulin. Growth of A/HKx31 (H3N2) virus was also enhanced in diabetic mice, whereas the highly virulent strain A/PR/8/34 (H1N1) showed no difference in virus yields in diabetic and nondiabetic mice, even with low inocula. A/Phil/82 and A/HKx31 are sensitive to neutralization in vitro by the pulmonary collectin surfactant protein D (SP-D), whereas A/PR/8/34 is essentially resistant. Glucose is a ligand for SP-D, and neutralization of A/Phil/82 virus by SP-D was abolished in the presence of glucose at levels commonly found in diabetic mice. These findings suggest that in mice, and perhaps in humans, diabetes predisposes to influenza virus infection through compromise of collectin-mediated host defense of the lung by glucose.

So insulin resistance doesn't appear to be a contributing factor for H1N1 killing Mexicans......if it was H3N2 however it appears it would have a greater effect on most mexicans and diabetics.

Here's a map that's regularly updated showing the spread of the disease.

http://googlemapsmania.blogspot.com/2009/04/swine-flu-outbreak-on-google-maps.html

Lots of similarities with 1918 influenza. The affected age group for one. And remember how the 1918 influenza worked, it first appeared in a mild form in Spring, disappeared in the Summer, and when it reappeared in Autumn, it was deadly, and that's when most deaths occurred.

EDIT: This map is more up to date: http://flutracker.rhizalabs.com/

Well, a US congressman has called for the Mexican border to be closed until the virus is 'contained'. That's typical rhetoric and probably to adjust the public perception that such things should be done!

What I find interesting is that the timing of this is coming shortly after all the recent news over the 'Mexican mafia' and 'Mexican violence':

Israeli official: Swine flu name offensive
_http://www.google.com/hostednews/ap/article/ALeqM5ieHZRubAS3lyjn2GBiCPkXkHrXwwD97QROAG0
JERUSALEM (AP) — The outbreak of swine flu should be renamed "Mexican" influenza in deference to Muslim and Jewish sensitivities over pork, said an Israeli health official Monday.

Deputy Health Minister Yakov Litzman said the reference to pigs is offensive to both religions and "we should call this Mexican flu and not swine flu," he told a news conference at a hospital in central Israel.

So it seems there's been recent programming around the perceptions of Mexico as well as current programming...
