Les Visible and Smoking Mirrors

Ugh. That is really unfortunate.

I am reminded of the thoughtfulness of the C's, regarding
children during channelling sessions - the C's were clearly
protecting the children.

I would think, anyone who brings along guest, should
assume responsibility for this guest, to be fully lucid,
aware, ready to apologize and quickly escort this guest
out of the host/hostess home, should the situation call
for it?

I used to read Les' articles on sott, and I thought a lot of them were very good, but it did seem to me like there came a point when they started getting more... uhm, radical?? I don't know. He seemed to get more aggressive and started using more profanity and, if I remember right, quite graphic analogies and metaphors.

I wasn't surprised when sott stopped carrying them.

Apologies for being off topic and I hope this is ok to say, I know it was 2008 but my heart goes out to you and your family in that photo Laura.

Why is it that all hell seems to break loose in general (and health wise) when you guys have a 'disruptive' guests about to arrive? It seems to be a reoccurring pattern from what I've read....nothing like being at the eye of the storm I guess.

Yes, that sounds like a terrible ordeal from what everybody has described above, you all have my sympathies as well. I'm sure glad you all made it through that year!

I'm late to this thread, but I wanted to express the same feelings. :flowers:

My goodness Laura, the things you went through in '08 would test the strongest of the strong.
What is really incredible is that you came out of everything smelling like a rose.
And as for Les Visible, he should be just that: less visible. In fact, invisible.
It's mind boggling how anyone can be so inconsiderate of others, especially when he is a guest in your home.
And please, take care of yourself. All the rest of us need you and love you. :flowers: :flowers: :flowers:

I am no big fan of Les. But I do read his posts. In times he can be a little bit to self-absorbed. And in fact he seldom describes the way he acts around other people. He is an intriguing character to say at least. What do the Cs meant when they said that he is loaded? Loaded with entities that possess him? That would explain his erratic behavior. And about his consumption of drugs... yep that does not reflects a ground based personality at all. I continue to read his posts... greetings

Well, as Les himself professes, the four different separate blogs he writes are different aspects of himself.

My take on that comment from the C's was more along the lines of being loaded with drugs. Like the urban dictionary definition of loaded:

the act of excessive consumption of alocholic beverage which fuels the primitive barbaric wild side of any human being. usually loaded people result in the following - stumbling around , say stupid things, and likes to go streaking, do animal calls, and chase the opposite sex

I think it meant a busload with nobody driving. Les talked a lot about all the entities that talk to him and that he is in direct contact with "The Great White Brotherhood" and they tell him everything. He never questions any of it. He described some totally bizarre experiences on drugs that made my blood run cold.

Ah, that makes sense too. Someone with that kind of outlook is just rife with opportunity for vectoring.

Wow, sounds like he's really happy with all those entities being on the bus, even welcomes them. That's scary in itself. :scared:

Many years ago I had quite a row on CIS with a group called "The Great White Brotherhood of Light" ...looks like it could be the same pack of slimeballs. I wrote an article called "Sai Baba and the 40 Pervs" and evidently Saint German Sheppard was quite offended. :halo:

Arctodus' post at Les Visible's site:

I suppose it irks me a little when I have never been anything but welcoming and supportive of those folks and never got high around them and only mention my drug experiences when being truthful requires it and I never counsel people to follow my example in this regard. I don't promote such activity but I will not allow anyone to tell me what to do except the divine. Period. I'm firm on that (must be those chicks outside my door last night -grin-)

Well he said in the above quote that he "will not let anyone tell me what to do except the divine." I guess it's clear who the "divine" are to him in this context.

I must admit that reading through this thread and Laura's description of Les's passes at her daughters got me very angry... :curse: to a point where I caught myself thinking I wish someone knocked him out for saying such things...

But that would not have been the smart thing to do as violence most of the time doesn't solve anything. I'm glad everyone kept their cool and that his visit in the end turned out to be a plus on your side, meaning the detoxification process.

I was at the chateau the same time as Les. His remark about the alcohol is pretty low with the obvious implications. I don't recall any more alcohol than what a considerate host may want to have in stock. I do remember feeling uncomfortable multiple times - his obvious flirtation which amounted to being sexually explicit toward young women who did not invite or appreciate his vulgar overtures - and his karaoke improvisations bordering on the obscene that have been discussed. I could see that Laura was in tremendous pain and was really trying to be polite when Les never took any of the hints that she gave that he was out of line. Her politeness to a rude and obnoxious guest in her home under duress was astonishing. It was a great relief for the evening to be over.

A forum and sott reader who follows our work closely wrote recently describing his experiences with Les. I suppose it is because the guy lives in a fairly liberal country that the event he recounts even happened. He wrote:

I think June 2008 was the the month when Les asked me for my phone number out of the blue then called to ask if I could source large quantities of ketamine for him

I had recently ordered some of his music through one of his sites, he'd forgotten to send the CDs, so an email to remind him led to live messaging through Gmail.

Anyway, "loaded" is a great term for him. I was all excited that this "mystic" wanted to call for a chat in the middle of the night. I knew he had recently visited the Chateau so I wanted to ask him about his visit. In between ramblings about his trips "I was hanging out with Shiva yesterday... or was it the day before last?..." I asked him whether a session with the C's took place... "Hocus-pocus," said the "mystic."

Ketamine may explain some things:

quotes are from _thegooddrugsguide.com _http://www.thegooddrugsguide.com/ketamine/effects.htm

At the height of the experience, you may experience dazzling insights, hallucinate and even feel yourself communicating with forces, entities and elements you were never conscious of before. The world you see in your mind may be very detailed and in some cases, you may feel that you are sharing your visions or thoughts with other people who are nearby.

and:

Many people feel energized after a Ketamine experience and have a strong urge to move around, dance or stretch.

Long term, some users can be so overcome by what they regard as the superior reality of Ketamine-land that they can retreat from the real world into the K-world. In a type of reality flip, the visions they see while under the drug's influence feel more real and meaningful than what they experience in the brick and mortar world.
