Yes, it's true and was confirmed by the official media sources like TASS for example.

But as usual, the devil is in the details. Some TG channels claim that this is the first time something like this is going to happen.

But it looks like it isn't the first time for such a "massive emergency drill". Here we can read that it also happened on 6th of October 2021. There was no such drill in 2022. Here's an official press release on Ministry of Emergencies and Disaster Relief site dated 6th of October 2021.

Another claim is that this time it's going to be special with an emphasis on the possibility of the nuclear or chemical fallout, or large amount of casualties. But this is also not the first time, and it was part of the drill also back in 2021. Here's a photographic evidence from this post in TG.



It doesn't mean that there is no real reason for such trainings, but we should be careful about looking for "synchronicities" or strangeness without doing the necessary research that will put things in perspective. This way we will also have a more clear idea.

Having said that, apparently various astrologers talk about October being a particularly intense month. The most intense moth of the year. So we will see how it will actually manifest in the world.

Will see if and how it will actually happen, because right now it's hard to see that the situation will be that dire only in 3 weeks. Maybe as usual the dates will shift.

October is a time of key changes. Here is another, more radical leap towards dismantling the old world in the context of Russian reality. Another blow to the old power. Generally EM pulse (as I understand it) fries all the equipment not just one part. If 4D STS does it, they can have finer control- which part to fry it, when etc. May be some questions in future sessions, if it is still important by that time.

I don't think 4D STS would bother with something like that, otherwise they probably would have been taking more actions against Russia already. My guess is one of the DEW satellites, and the EM pulse was attenuated due to the distance, only affecting the most vulnerable part.

Sorry, don't mean to be pedantic, but the post referred to stated:

To me, that means that for every three people you encounter, 1 is bound to be an OP and 2 are bound to be souled individuals. So, indeed, 33.3% of the population OPs and 66.7% souled beings.

I could be wrong, but this is as good a confirmation that celestial topography has a role to play in matters as pole reversals and, presumably also, the incidence of hyperkinetic energy in our current location within the galaxy, as I'm bound to get. What is being inferred here, is that the up and down bobbing motion of our entire sector with relation to the ecliptic of the galaxy, and by extension, the galactic center, affects us in ways that we cannot even fathom, because in effect, what that bobbing motion produces is a slow change in the amount of intervening matter between our planet and the galactic center, in a way clearing at times the amount of obstacles that prevents us from receiving a more direct impact of a presumed source of energy or photonic emanations coming from the center of the galaxy. And I say "presumed" because theories abound regarding the nature of the galactic center that would contradict this assumption that something important emanates from it, like the theory that states that there's only a giant black hole at the center of the galaxy.

Nevertheless, if indeed there's some important source of photonic energy or any other type of emanation coming from the galactic center, then presumably also, this could go a long way towards explaining the origin of the Wave and the cyclical nature of the shifting between 3D and 4D that it supposedly brings about, and it would explain why we are constantly urged to "wait and see" when we become impatient about the full manifestation of the impact of the Wave, since that would obviously depend on the topographic configuration of the whole galaxy and our specific location with relation to the galactic center. The C's have said that the Wave is a "hyperkinetic sensate", and have also clarified that this means that it will facilitate our "merging with hyperspatial energy", and it would make sense that this could be enhanced when a specific topographic configuration is reached, though mind you, this is just a theory and it would require further information to corroborate.
