Not everyone in the population has to be ‘enlightened’, just as not everyone in a pathocracy has to be a psychopath.

Normal people just want to have their life, do their job and enjoy their free time. Under leadership, there’s nothing to suggest that carrying capacity couldn’t be even higher than Earth’s current population.

Gurdjieff also thought that knowledge was material, and it's highly likely he was wrong on that count. The main factor hampering awareness by the masses of people is the volume of lies that are presented in lieu of accurate information. It's kind of like two bands on two stages at a concert, both attempting to draw the biggest crowd. There's nothing that prevents any person from moving from the "lies" stage to the "truth" stage except their own choices.

This means only about 17 billion humans per galaxy assuming an even distribution.

Laura was asking the C's about a different channeled source in the session you quoted. Elsewhere, the C's have directly referred to "quadrillions" of 3D STO planets (so there are likely even more if we include 4D STO planets), and "quadrillion times quadrillions" of those who will benefit from sharing via networking. Population-reducing catastropes might be a phenomena reserved for STS planets as part of the STS cycle of experience.

So assuming psychic energy is charge:

I think you're conflating a non-physical phenomena with a physical one here. The relationship between how the psychic health of the population might affect the physical existence of the planet, such as in the case of Kantek, is likely much more complex than a direct "translation" of emotion into physical EM forces.

For instance, no matter the level of fear, anger or depression in a population, for the sorts of energies to be unleashed that would physically "shatter" a planet, there would have to be either an unrelated cosmic disaster of extraordinary scale, or there be some (mis)use of technology involved. The most likely scenario would be that pathological people would use that technology in naive ways, resulting in a "chain reaction" that destroyed themselves along with the planet.

If the situation were such that it were 'just' that the population of the planet were suffering in an extraordinarily unprecedented way, it would be much more likely that it would attract only the level of cosmic response that would wipe out that population in question. A few significantly-sized comets and BOOM - planetary surface is "reset", but still preserving the simpler lifeforms of the biosphere, ready for reuse after appropriate time or terraforming.

Thus causing an overpressure in planetary EM charges and that's why the C's said Earth is overpopulated?

You've made this far more complicated than you need to. The C's have said the psychic health of the population determines the carrying capacity of the planet. Thus, if the C's also said the Earth is overpopulated, that means the current population of the planet is above the carrying capacity determined by the population's current level of psychic health. Easy.

Final thoughts
The topic of psychic health as determining the carrying capacity of the Earth can also serve as an invitation to think of a society where psychic health was considered a high priority. What could such a society look like?

If such a society were to exist, I believe children would be considered the most previous ressource and their welfare and education would be among the top priorites. That would mean that only stable adults would be allowed around them, all professions revolving around them would demand individuals who have proven their integrity and knowledge. Altering their bodies in any way wouldn't be allowed, unless the health of the child was at stake.

But as we stand today, it's impossible to implement. Just with what I said above I went against two major religions, the woke cult, the misantropy of many in the world who see the education of girls and the poor as a threat, and the many who see children as a commodity, free labor force, a mini-me etc etc...

One of the great spiritual masters of Spain, Ramiro Calle, answers when asked, how many people in the world are awake? He always says this: this question he asked himself to one of his spiritual masters from India, I forgot his name, who answered him that the conscious and awake people in the world could not even fill a soccer stadium. That is to say. Well, he says, what we have to do is to continue our path, to work on our deepest self, learn about ourselves, about our emotions, about our minds, our ego, meditate and to see the reality as it is.

He also says, to support his answer: only something terrible will have to happen for humanity to wake up from this great sleepiness, and will also have to suffer to move forward. And change.

Unfortunately I work with a very old laptop and many of my files have somehow converted themselves to ODT files so I am unable to open valuable files that could be lifesaving. Does anyone have any advice on whether I can get them back to Word Documents? I have nearly 90k so a technical guy here wold need to know how to find/select them all!

ODT files are probably files saved using Open Office which is a sort of free replacement for Microsoft Office. So you can probably open those files by using the Open Office, specifically the Writer tool which is similar to MS Word. After opening you should be able to resave them as .doc or docx Word format files. You can't download Writer alone, you have to install the entire Open Office suite. Maybe you already have that on your computer?

This was an Extremely Good Session, it reminds me of the sessions from way back in the early days of the sessions from 94. Although I didn't know about The C's until 2010, 1994 was an Extremely Pivotal year for Moi.

Same here! 1994 was a pivotal year. I wonder if that could be a pattern for more of us?

I'd forgotten this one - thanks! When reading the thread yesterday, I wondered if drug trips like this might be analogous to 4D experiences in any way. By extension, the same might apply to various mystical experiences not using drugs.

Somewhat similarly, when people have NDEs, they describe a type of disembodied awareness that is very different than ordinary waking consciousness. And they don't seem to have much trouble adjusting to the strangeness.

The thing about all these states is that they're immediately recognizable as out of the ordinary. I would guess a shift into 4D awareness would be similar. So when in a 4D state, it will still be recognizable as 'not our ordinary level of awareness,' but not so strange that it is completely outside of our frame of reference. (Makes me wonder if animals like pets catch glimpses of 3D awareness.)

I think I may have experienced this when I had Ayahuasca where I felt like Im going to die. When the trip began, it was so uncomfortable for me and felt like I was going to die. When I started seeing god-knows-what (I cannot really make sense of it because I was trying to fight it), I just told myself to surrender and thinking that if im going to die now, honestly, it's not even painful or gruesome. Then I just remember the sound turning into colors plus shapes. It's like the sound has an assigned shape/s, like our alphabets, that when the singer sang a line, it turns into fractals with the colors in it and you can hear the sound in surrounding you. If this is how it looks like to be in 4D, in 3D, you can see me lying in the ground but probably someone in 4D sees me as a person not just lying there but plus the song that is playing and all others with me. I only lost or disconnected in the experience when I had to get up to vomit and that was when I remembered that I was in 3D and that my name is this and I have a body. IF it is like that, it's like you are one with your environment. I don't remember how my physical body look like but it felt like I was a "spirit".

If I was in 4D, I didnt know what to do. Aside from looking at the fancy fractals, I just understand I just died. I think to me, my experience was like that without awareness and I am no use there.

Q: (L) So becoming aware is really an important... Well, lemme ask this: You mean that just being aware is the most important thing that all of us in the group can do?
A: Close.
Q: (L) And being aware includes divesting yourself of your programs and learning about...
(Perceval) The two go together. You can't be fully aware in the broadest way possible without dealing with your own prejudices, biases, programs, etc.

Q: (L) So, working on oneself as Gurdjieff formulated it, more or less, is the means to become transmitters of cosmic forces - even if you're not fully conscious that you're doing it?

I had this in meditation few weeks ago and the Ra material came to my mind with their mention of 4D wars and how it can affect our 3D world. I asked what I can do and, prolly that was my higher self saying the only thing I can do to help is to be more aware. Love is light is knowledge after all.

Thank you @iamthatis for finding that session! I just realized there is another one that discusses the splitting of realities - it's from November of 1994. Anyway, this adds a whole new set of possibilities to that 94% loss of people, i think.

Q: (L) Does any of this mean that the earth changes that have been predicted, may not, in fact, occur in physical reality as we understand it?

A: You betcha.

Q: (L) Does this mean that all of this running around and hopping and jumping to go here and go there and do this and do that is...

A: That is strictly 3rd level thinking.

Q: (L) Now, if that is 3rd level thinking, and if a lot of these things are symbolic, I am assuming they are symbolic of movement or changes in energy.

A: Yes.

Q: (L) And, if these changes in energy occur does this mean that the population of the planet are, perhaps, in groups or special masses of groups, are they defined as the energies that are changing in these descriptions of events and happenings of great cataclysm. Is it like a cataclysm of the soul on an individual and or collective basis?

Q: (L) When the energy changes to 4th density, and you have already told us that people who are moving to 4th density when the transition occurs, that they will move into 4th density, go through some kind of rejuvenation process, grow new teeth, or whatever, what happens to those people who are not moving to 4th density, and who are totally unaware of it? Are they taken along on the wave by, in other words, piggy-backed by the ones who are aware and already changing in frequency, or are they going to be somewhere else doing something else?

A: Step by step.

Q: (T) In other words, we are looking at the fact that what's coming this time is a wave that's going to allow the human race to move to 4th density?

A: And the planet and your entire sector of space/time.

Q: (T) Is that what this whole plan is about, then, if I may be so bold as to include all of us here in this. We, of the beings of light who have come here into human form, to anchor the frequency, is this what we are anchoring it for, for this wave, so that when it comes enough of us will be ready, the frequency will be set, so that the change in the planet can take place as it has been planned?

A: Yes.

Q: (L) When this happens, will we piggy-back all those who are still unaware?

A: Open.

Q: (T) Okay, when the people are talking about the earth changes, when they talk in literal terms about the survivors, and those who are not going to survive, and the destruction and so forth and so on, in 3rd, 4th, 5th level reality we are not talking about the destruction of the planet on 3rd level physical terms, or the loss of 90 per cent of the population on the 3rd level because they died, but because they are going to move to 4th level?

A: Whoa! You are getting "warm."

Q: (T) Okay. So, we are anchoring this. So, when they talk about 90 per cent of the population not surviving, it is not that they are going to die, but that they are going to transform. We are going to go up a level. This is what the whole light thing is all about?

A: Or another possibility is that the physical cataclysms will occur only for those "left behind" on the remaining 3rd level density earth.

Q: (T) Okay, what you are saying, then, is that we are anchoring the frequency, so that when the wave comes, we move to 4th level density as many people as possible, in order to break the hold the "Dark T-shirts" have got on this planet, those who remain behind will not have enough energy left for the "Dark T-shirts" to bother with the planet any longer. There will be less of them so the planet will be able to refresh and they will be able to move on in their lessons without interference?

A: Close.

Q: (L) At this point of dimensional transition, is what we are doing, anchoring a frequency, are we creating a sort of "super string" network that will literally create another earth in 4th density, which will then exist in 4th density, and the old 3rd density earth -- almost like the splitting of a one celled organism, only in this splitting one half of it moves into another dimension and is energized and quite literally created by the anchoring frequency, while the old one remains and experiences 3rd density reality?

A: Step by step.

Q: (L) Are we anchoring frequency to create a split?

A: One developing conduit.

Q: (L) We are developing a conduit?

A: Yes. One.
