I think September already shows what will follow the massive Summer volcanic activity of this year. A lot of particles in the atmosphere will bring plenty of precipitation. Time will tell if it's gonna be more water or snow (or both) but it looks like this coming winter will already be a proper sample of what solar minimum has in store for us.
