Failed Trump Assassination Attempt

This may, or may not have relevance to the whole affair, so FWIW:

Apparently the parent company that owns American Glass Research (AGR), AGR International, was acquired by Indicor LLC in March this year.

CHARLOTTE, N.C., March 7, 2024 (Newswire.com) - Indicor, LLC., a leading diversified industrial company providing specialized, mission-critical technologies to customers across a variety of niche markets, is pleased to announce the acquisition of AGR International, a leading provider of quality and process control technologies serving beverage packaging customers globally.

and
"AGR's management team will continue to lead the business from its Butler, PA, headquarters. AGR's name, brands, and operational footprint will not change as a result of the transaction. The business will be led by AGR's President, Sudha Jebadurai."

Looks like no big deal so far. Indicor announced its formation In January last year:

SARASOTA, Fla., Jan. 23, 2023 - Today, Indicor is announcing its formation and brand name. The name signifies the company's decades of experience producing dependable, highly-engineered solutions delivered with unique performance and value at the core of industry. The formation of Indicor follows the November 2022 sale of a majority stake in a portfolio of industrial businesses from Roper Technologies, Inc. to funds affiliated with Clayton, Dubilier & Rice ("CD&R"), which resulted in a freestanding, diversified industrial solutions company. The Indicor family of companies has for decades provided specialized, highly-engineered, mission-critical products and solutions for manufacturers across a wide spectrum of industries.

So now, Indicor, the owner of AGR, appears in Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (CD&R) portfolio.

The same time, CD&R holds shares in Agilon Health Inc; Graphic Packaging Holding Company; and Beacon Roofing Supply Inc.

It controls Agilon where both Vanguard and BlackRock are listed among its top investors.
For Beacon Roofing Supply Inc, Vanguard and BlackRock are the first and third biggest shareholders
Graphic Packaging Holding has BlackRock and Vanguard listed as the two biggest holders.

What are those (health, roofing and packaging) companies really doing to have such investors is another question.

Roper's comment:

“This is the final step in Roper’s divestiture strategy to reduce the cyclicality and asset intensity of our enterprise,” said Neil Hunn, Roper Technologies’ president and CEO. “Selling a majority interest in these industrial businesses will provide Roper with significant upfront cash, while maintaining the ability to receive additional cash proceeds from the future exit of our minority interest.”

“We are excited to partner with CD&R given their track record of successful corporate partnerships. Operating as a standalone entity will enable these businesses to build on their niche-leading strategies and continue creating value for their customers and shareholders,” added Hunn.

And
(Jan 31,2024) Following the sale of a majority stake in its industrial businesses to CD&R, Roper holds a minority interest in Indicor.

Top Roper's (Share)Holders:
1. The Vanguard Group, Inc.
2. BlackRock Institutional Trust Company, N.A.

With the Crooks guy spotted at some BlackRock meeting and BlackRock's deleting the picture when it captured people's attention, can it still be just pure coincidence?

Watched the Posobiec interview with Tucker. Some of my highlights:

1. He's not willing to declare there were two (at least) shooters at the scene on July 13, claiming lack of evidence. Blaming all on Crooks and of course the incompetence of the Secret Service. (My take: Either he's cautious, or perhaps trying to steer the conservatives away from this possibility. Posobiec does seem have some connections deep into the blob).

2. That provided the attempt was successful, a sort of Civil War would've happened. But all rioters and insurrectionist would've been treated like the J6ers, like traitors and jailed for long. (My take: Only worse maybe. And perhaps this was what the perpetrators wanted, it would've ensured a Dem victory in the midst of chaos?).

3. Following a successful attempt. At the RNC, it would have come down to Don Jr vs Nikky Haley. And probably Haley would've had the support of big money. (My take: tend to agree on this, not sure about Don Jr, though, but good guess. Also, the Trump state was poised to take massive losses due to some shorting positions we have learned about recently).

4. Comes to the conclusion that the purpose (at least one of many) of the Soviet Union/Communism was actually the killing of millions of people, not so much a consequence or a symptom. (My take: super interesting in the view of the Semites, Russians, the purpose of WWII and so on).

Bodycam footage was released, right after the assassination attempt. Here you can see where Crooks' body was, and it's confirmed the snipers took multiple photos of Crooks before the shooting

We finally got a view of that dangerous “slope” as well! You could walk through there with roller skates and still get a shot.
