Q: (L) You said that the earth, up to that time, was surrounded by a water vapor canopy, correct?
A: Yes.
Q: (L) And when Mars came by it overloaded the earth's atmosphere and it fell as a deluge, correct?
A: Close.

I wonder if the water vapor canopy fell as snow like Martian water instead of a deluge?

Probably both snow and rain, it just depends on your location.

Q: (Joe) Were you taking methylene blue before you went to Serbia?

(L) Yeah. But I quit a couple of weeks before we went.

(Joe) When you were in Serbia, you had high blood pressure.

(Artemis) Well, I'm glad I only took it three times.

(Pierre) Each time I took it, I felt terrible. It increased the headaches.

(L) Alright, next question.

I didnt quite understand, who was in Serbia? Laura, Joe!? Why you were in Serbia, never heard of it! :)

Thank you for the answer, I hope it all went well for you. I thought you had some kind of lecture here or something like that.
Get well. Greetings from reader since Cassiopaea was on line day one! :)

(Artemis) I wanted to revisit the mirror subject. Could mirrors be used or charged in a way to communicate with other people?

A: Yes

Q: (Artemis) So let's say that someone's stranded on an island. They pull out their compact mirror and they say, "Hey! Help me! I'm stranded on this island!" Could that work?

A: If there were a tuned receiver.

Q: (Artemis) So mirrors could be charged in a sense then. Is that what you're saying?

A: Yes

Q: (Artemis) So we could give people sets of mirrors that are charged, kind of like phones in case they need help?

A: A la Castaneda's Don Juan.

Q: (L) He gives the instructions for how to charge the mirror.

(Artemis) Okay, does that mean the same could be said for water?

A: Yes

Q: (Artemis) So if you're trapped on this island, you can just talk to the beach?

A: Yes

Q: (Artemis) Okay.

(Pierre) At high tide.

(Artemis) So if ever one of us is stranded, be close to a mirror or look at your water. [laughter] And just say, "Help me!"

(Joe) We need to test this! I'll strand myself out back in the fields. Heeelp! And I'll have a glass of water.

(Artemis) Well, it could be useful!

(Galatea) I have a question. Can things watch us through mirrors?

A: Yes

Q: (Galatea) Malevolent things?

A: Yes

Q: (Galatea) How do we stop them?

(Joe) Smash your mirror. [laughter]

A: Mental blocking works.

Q: (Galatea) So just mentally block them, and they can't see you anymore. Is that it?

A: Yes

Q: (Galatea) Can good things see us through mirrors? Like unicorns? [laughter]

A: Yes and you can see "things".

Q: (Galatea) So if you want to see a unicorn, you can waste your time staring at a mirror.

(L) Yes.

(Galatea) Can they come through the mirror?

A: Not usually.

Q: (Pierre) It means it CAN happen...

(L) I would say that if something "comes through the mirror", it would have to draw on the energy of the person, kind of like getting ectoplasm from a medium.

A: Yes

Recently I've been thinking about mirrors in light of the past two sessions, so I want to share an experience.

I stayed in my grandfather's house 3 nights in the past week. My grandfather moved out of the house in 2012. I lived there in 2013. My cousin lived there in 2014-2015 until it came to light that he was addicted to drugs and as a result was generally wrecking the place. Since 2015 the house has been empty.

I've visited the house 2-3 times in the past 2 years and I got a creepy feeling every time I went upstairs. My cousin was staying in one of the rooms upstairs and each time I went by the room it brought up a detailed visual memory of the time I saw the room when he was living in it: all the windows covered and piles of dirty laundry and refuse strewn about. More than that I had a general feeling of unease, darkness and a feeling of being watched.

When I went to the house this week I had the same creepy feeling. There was a huge mirror in the room my cousin was in, plus two large mirrors in the room I was planning to stay in, two more mirrors in the third bedroom, plus a mirror in the bathroom. That's a total of at least 6 mirrors in the upstairs part of the house. They were all "witness" to his sickness, his actions in the house and the literal darkness he created by covering all of the windows.

When I got to the house and saw all of the mirrors I thought of these sessions. I decided to take the mirror in "his room" down and put it facing the wall and I covered the two mirrors in our bedroom. That night I had some strange dreams (I don't remember the content, just that they were strange). The next morning I woke up and the creepy feeling in the house was 90% gone.

Obviously all of this is my subjective feeling but the physical act of taking the mirrors down helped me to "mentally block" whatever was going on. I think this feeling could have been "something real" or "just a feeling", but either way it helped me to feel comfortable in the house and to sleep well. I also had my crystals with me and my wife burned some sage and pau-santo to help with the musty old house smell and to "clear the air", so maybe that helped too.

One question I have is this: how would one "clear" a mirror that was witness to something dark and gives them the heebie-jeebies? Or even just an old mirror that may be an "open door"? Obviously you can't put it in cold water like a crystal if it very large or has a wooden frame... maybe washing it with vinegar? Covering it with silk for a period of time?

I also had a thought that perhaps it might be best to avoid having mirrors in one's bedroom...

I'd give the mirror a break from that room. Give it a good windexing, maybe put it in a hallway or the living room, with the curtains or shutters opened. The sunlight, the new scene, different people, their inherent signatures or frequencies or whatever... maybe let the mirrors witness moments that aren't of a lonely affliction. Put in a place where laughter can be reflected! Do you get what I mean?

Basically, they are only reflectors. They reflect. Have them reflect something nice.

"Reflection" is the main function of mirrors for most of us OSIT. I have been thinking about the symbology of the mirror after reading this session. But I am also wondering why they referred to "A la Castaneda's Don Juan" so I would like to read more about how he was using the mirror.

I is not easy to look into the mirror sometimes OSIT.

aye... I was actually thinking about that too. I've shocked myself at how different I appear in a mirror as opposed to how I think I look. Same with in some photos

I'll believe I resemble in some way a kind gentleman with a welcoming smile and then look in the mirror and see myself a crotchety ruggard with terrible stress bags under my eyes and a smile that could be translated as a lazy sneer.

I can't say I'll blame the mirror fwiw. I just need more sleep

Personally I get along pretty well with the mirror but I have a hard time hearing a recording of my own voice. So nasally oooof

I too have noticed the voice played back in family video and it makes you think "Do I really look and sound like that?" Modern technology leaves little room to avoid looking at yourself I think. But it helps too I think to kind of know how others see and even how they hear us. :/ And still the selfies are so popular. Maybe it's an age thing.

Reading all these posts about mirrors I remembered something.
Here in Macedonia where I live there is one custom, or tradition when someone dies. As soon as someone dies, people are covering all the mirrors and mirrors like surfaces with a cloth.
First time I have seen this when my grandmother died. Friends came to our apartment and the first thing that one older woman has done was that she covered all the mirrors with a cloth.
It was very strange to me and I asked why is she doing that. Her answer was something like that if the soul of the dead person looks at the mirror she could not see its reflection and that can be very upsetting for the soul. I don't really remember, it was something in that direction.

And now, reading the sessions about mirrors it all starts to have some kind of common sense that mirrors can somehow make a connection with other densities. Maybe mirrors are like some kind of connection points or gates to higher realms and covering them with a cloth will help the soul to have a smoother transition to 5-th density. What if mirrors can confuse the soul and from the soul perspective in that time of transition all the mirrors look to the soul like some kind of gates for higher realms and in fact, they are not.
What if in those moments of transition from the soul perspective can see all the recorded memories from the mirror.

I am just thinking aloud of every possibility that comes to my mind

then we have the movies about vampires, where they cant see their reflection in the mirror.

I think that all this customs and rituals about mirrors are some kind of a lost knowledge from a long time ago. Some fragments of it survived through the time as a customs and rituals and the real knowledge about it is lost.
