Well, thanks to the little elf who did a great job in translating the subtitles, I hopefully managed to correctly export Cro srt file, it was my first try so I really hope it works well.

Anyway, here it is in an attachment.

There is a double entry at L22 (Aug 10th) and L38 (Aug 16th) in subtitles (L24 and L40 in the sheet/table) - 50 killed and many displaced in northern Nigeria flooding - of what appears to be the same event, because some of the footage in the video is the same for both.
