Health Protocol for Mandatory Coronavirus Vaccination

@dani, I've been using enteric coated nattokinase made by Solaray. Not quite as expensive as the Pure Encapsulation brand, which by the way, does not state it's enteric coated or liposomal in the description.
For West-Europeans, I bought this one without any fillers and it is enteric coated. I also bought this one without any fillers except for rice flour, but you will have to take it between meals.

Thanks for the info. The only caution I'd add is to stay very far away from spinach. It is one of the worst sources of the plant toxin oxalates.

Oxalate calculator here for anyone who is interested:

and a list of oxalates in common foods:

Sally K Norton recently released her book Data Companion To Toxic Superfoods where you can read:
Guided by our expertise, the database allows us to manage the data collection process,
compare and average multiple sources, estimate the reliability of the data, consistently
calculate weight-to-volume conversions, find and fix reporting problems in the original
sources, organize data, and create user-friendly tables without introducing new errors in the
process. As a result, to a large degree, we have avoided many common problems plaguing
oxalate lists.
My two cents

When I read Elliot's Health Protocol for Potential Mandatory Coronavirus Vaccination back in 2021 I search and bought most of the supplements.

I did buy them just in case, not thinking I needed it at the moment.

With the information about shedding in the last C's session I now think it is a good idea to use them.
So I started a few days ago.

First thing in the morning:
1° FIR sauna, 1 hour / 50°C (sauna supplements: Before, multiminerals - coral calcium - tri-salts - zinc balance - natural calm, water / After, Vit C, R-LA, L-Glutathion, water) I think that I got this list from the book Detoxify Or Die. I may add activated charcoal and bentonite clay as per after vaccination part of Elliot's protocol.
2° HBOT, 1 hour / 1,5 ATA, oxygen mask on 25min / off 5min, repeat (with a few supplements)
3° Glutathione & Precursors + Mitchondrial Cocktail as per the protocol

That takes me 4 hours. That cost me 20€ of supplements per day.
I have supplements for 30 days. I will try to continue this regimen for that long, probably skipping HBOT once in a while and skipping FIR sauna when I don't have the time.

But, 6 months at this cost, that will probably not be possible.

I'm fairly there as for the lifestyle interventions part of Elliot's protocol.

I have Ivermectin at hand so I could take 12mg a day for 6 month, I guess, when I'm out of the other supplements. In the meantime I'll do my best to understand about nikotinase and the other stuff mentioned more recently.

Any comments about what I am doing and intend to do is welcome.

That's excessive. Prolly once per week is good enough. Don't ruin yourself because of supplements, at least you have the HBOT which is a big plus.

With all these supplements we are supposed to take, (and also watch for all the toxic additives) I keep thinking about what Sheldon said in the TV show "Big Bang Theory" when my pee becomes fluorescent yellow:

"There's some value to taking a multivitamin, but the human body can only absorb so much. What you are buying here are the ingredients for very expensive urine."

A problem that middle class people who make it a priority to pay the bills and put food on the table do not have.

Just like the royalty of past centuries who suffered from diseases that the commoners did not have, because normal people couldn't buy that royal food.:-)

I bought all supplement back in 2021, in case I would be obliged to take the vaccine. Some of the products are expired, should I throw them and buy new ones, or is it safe to use them?

@Gaby , could you please recommend a few brands that sells Plamalogens please?
Thanks🙏🏻

I read that NAC has a very short shelf life because the molecule is either unstable or prone to oxidation (can't remember exactly), so I keep it in the fridge to prolong its shelf life.
I keep my Omega's and anything oil-based in the fridge to avoid oxidation, which makes the oil rancid.

I would recommend you look into each of your supplements individually because some will be quite fine for a long time.
If containers are still sealed, it might have avoided oxidation.
Hope this helps.

Nattokinase is contraindicated while pregnant and breastfeeding due to lack of study. Does anybody know of a suitable alternative?
Nattokinase can increase your risk of bleeding disorders which is why it is not recommended in pregnancy. There have been a couple studies done showing occasional use is safe. Unfortunately, most studies exclude pregnant women due to the potential risks to the fetus. You would be surprised how many medicines are used in pregnancy without adequate studies done. They are usually given a category C rating which means...maybe ok?

Nattokinase has never been shown to cause problems in pregnant and breastfeeding moms. It has never been shown to NOT cause problems either. Keep that in mind.

There are no alternatives to nattokinase readily available. However, you could consume Natto, a fermented soybean dish common in Japan. Natto is easily recognizable by its distinctive, somewhat pungent smell, while its flavor is commonly described as nutty. Doesn't sound appetizing to me.

In Japan, natto is typically topped with soy sauce, mustard, chives or other seasonings and served with cooked rice. This would be safe to consume while pregnant.

Here is a regimen recommended by some of the top US doctors to "undo" any damage caused by the covid virus/vaccine. These doctors were against the medical community agendas to suppress the truth about covid. They each did studies which confirmed the use of ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine, etc. and were blocked from publishing their studies. This particular group of doctors have published thousands of papers over their career. Their protocol is very similar to the one mentioned here in the forum. They talk about most (If not all) the supplements that seem to be discussed on the forum in the attached document if you are interested.

I would recommend taking what you know to be safe while you are pregnant from the list. You can start the other medicines/supplements once you complete breastfeeding. (FYI I was a board-certified Obstetrician/gynecologist previous to staying home to raise my children. I am now pursuing functional medicine since I refuse to participate in the current system)

Here is their recommendation to recover from covid vaccination:

Nattokinase 100-200mg daily. Avoid in Pregnancy
Resveratrol 500mg daily
Baby Aspirin 81mg (in those with low risk of bleeding) Avoid in Pregnancy
Omega 3 fatty acids 2-4g daily
Co-enzyme Q (CoQ) 200-400mg daily
Melatonin 3-10mg at night extended release/slow release
Bromelain 500mg twice daily Avoid in pregnancy
NAC (N Acetyl cysteine) 600mg twice daily
Berberine 500-600mg twice daily Avoid in pregnancy unless you have gestational diabetes
Vitamin D 5000 iu daily
Vitamin C (liposomal) 1000-5000mg daily

I will attach a discussion among the doctors about their research and findings regarding covid and various treatments for anyone interested. It is lengthy and meant for medical professionals, but everyone on the forum seems like mini doctors to me!

Thanks for your wisdom and experience Dani, apart from the nattokinase I have everything else in the arsenal.

I think I’ll avoid the natto though. Soy beans are nasty hormone disruptors, as well as being a lectin that binds up minerals in the body.

Lots of mini doctors here, they know more than most GPs, and then add all the knowledge together and we have our own super doctor. How special is that!!! :-D

It seems my issues with dust in the lab will be solved shortly. The owners informed me they have sold the business and the new corporation (who I’ve worked for before) will be remodeling and putting in a new lab with proper dust collection systems!!

Thank DCM! Fingers crossed that the transition with new owners will go smoothly.

I just joined the forum recently. Soooo excited to be here!!! :-)

You'll have to wait for this one, as availability and costs make it only available in the U.S. or Asia. Hopefully it will be more available in the future. Stay tuned.
When I was searching for Plasmalogens, I found this:

Plasmalogens and plasmalogen precursors are found in high levels in marine animals including krill, mussels, sea squirt, and scallops as well as in land animals such as pork, beef, and chicken.

So I bought Omega 3 supplements from Krill. Does it work?
